What do you like best about the product?
It is an incredible way consolidate data from multiple sources and report on the data in interesting ways. It helps our firm make good decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not incredibly intuitive to use and there are some limitations in functionality

We know if we are hitting our goals for each individual person and for the firm.

the flexibility and versatility for creating dashboards and representing data which can be used to gain insights

The software is a little slow specially if you are using a old device and your data is huge

Easy to use however it takes some time to get comfortable with.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull reports and analyze specific, customized information based on what I need to understand my teams goals, metrics, and forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Would be nice if I could customize fields myself, not just through operations team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate forecasting and historical data for my team. The ability to understand which metrics have lead to growth, and which haven't.
Utilizing the Analytics to improve Business Funnel
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly funnel and locate my cases that I need to look at. Having a Analytics cloud lets me work from home and connect with my co-workers and look and locate data quickly and easily
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue with salesforce is the UX could be designed for easiser use. Until I was trained up in Salesforce I was unable to utilize the tool to the fullest extend. Even today after months I feel I am missing features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve the data issue, salesforce give me the ability to quickly parse data and look at the info I need quickly and in a digestable format once created.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the users are able to fully utilize the powerful tool, basic functions are easily found it is the advanced functions that are important.
Great Visualizations
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is great for presentations to Audit Committees, Boards, etc. It is an easy way to engage audiences and present information in a visual manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau can be very difficult to use as I don't believe it's very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau assists with high quality presentations and being able to manipulate data to show different stories real-time in the meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
What I personally love about Salesforce Analytics Cloud is that in addition to relevant trends and drops in productivity, it also lets the users know what happened and why it happened. What is good about the tool is that, it will be easy to make a plan and react rapidly in all situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its an excellent product once you learn how to use it. I recommend taking the time to learn the different features of it. There are not many dislikes other than it can be overwhelming at times because there is so much to use. It takes time to use all the features and be able to really understand how they can work together for the good of the business. Once you have put the time in to learn all the features you will be able to enjoy it to the max.

My recommendation with Salesforce Analytics cloud is to take the time to learn how to use it properly. Once you have learned all the different features which takes a little bit it is a very great resource to have. It has been a great addition to my company and using it has helped improve my client retention. As with any product is is important to take the time to learn all the benefits of it.
Gets the job done and easy to use

Types to reports and filtering capabilities are really good. Self service is another good feature though I have very limited experience on that front.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration is not the easiest when compared to some of the other analytics tools I have used.

the seamless integration with the prospecting tools I use, including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Lusha

can definitely run slow at some points, and sometimes things don't load correctly

enables me to keep track of all of the accounts and the people from those accounts I have spoken with and log conversations and keep notes to collaborate with my team as well
