What do you like best about the product?
everything has gone very well, the interface very attractive, very friendly without any kind of problem so far, the connection works perfect
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not had any reason or system failure, there are no comments about this at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has not given more certainty of the sales cycle within the organization

What do you like best about the product?
Creating interactive dashboards and providing the best insights from the raw data that user have this is one of best reporting tool that I used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to get more default functions to be added in tableau
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raw data can be show case to the users by interactive visuals using tableau.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of the tool, it’s very user friendly and gives me the data I need to be successful during a sales call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches out and will stall, you’ll want to get the data pulled before a sales call to make sure you’re not waiting for it to load while with a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top line view of accounts, shows you what brands and package specifics that are the top sellers and opportunity areas.

What do you like best about the product?
salesforce is able to generate reports specified to your business needs. E.g. pulling things into an excel format with all the custom fields - client contacts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally everything is so customized and the system is pretty complicated that you have to speak to customer support to know how to get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me product reports on target lists, prospects, paying customers, customer segements etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to start work with. The administration is pretty much the same as working on Windows administration. Easy to deploy dashboards to different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to categorize as a dislike but the out of box analytics features can be improved. Like predictive analytics follows only one particular algorithm to predict the values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled reporting to different departments was simple automation with this tool. Solved the silo effect between our departments and share the resources through the same

What do you like best about the product?
The Tableau visualizations are easy to make and it even gives minimal requirements of parameters for any required visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau's BI capabilities are average and they have a lot of scope for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my company with visually analyzing the graphs and creating live charts which in turn helps in decision making.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the good BI softwares but still has room for improvement.

Easy access to analyze data

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and create any data sets you want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is a bit on the expensive side, and as someone who is included in the billing side I do understand the hesitation some may have due to the pricing structure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this ti analyze our data from our call center, and sales teams to create a dashboard of metrics based on call times, hold times, number of calls, as well as other metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do know that the pricing structure has been recently modified to help when it comes to viewers/explorer licenses, but I think it may be helpful for more smaller companies to provide a free version with limited features, or make the threshold for viewer licenses to be less than 100, as that is a significant amount of users for smaller companies.
