Salesforce CRM helps us on our daily job
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helps us to make our work easily. We can place our notes there and make a call at the same time on the same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is very slow, maybe due to System Maintenance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes our job easy since we can check the account of the customer on the same platform and do the works there as well.

What do you like best about the product?
what I like about the crm analytics is it gives you all the detailed you needed . We use it directly to pull up an account using the link provided that has the customers information link to the crm dashboard, it has multiple features and tools that you can easily access like knowledged article that we use daily for our task, this is also the main tool we use to check updates and annoucement that is very important with our role as a fraud analyst. where we base our decision from the process which are all in the salesforce tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
what I dislike about it is that, when we click a link from the knowledge article it will promt or route you to another tab which will cause you to be logged out or disconnected to salesforce when you are logged in which causes loss hours. Another thing I dislike about it that needs to be upgraded is when receiving emails or responses from the customers, it takes a couple of minutes to appear and you need some times and needs to refresh all over again for you to be able to received it which casues customers friction especially when you are on the call with customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRm analytics tool now is more customize and flexible tool that connects various date sources that improves business operations. it has a moe accessble tools that we can use that links to different data sources that helps us with our decision making and risk operation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to tableau to show case the data we had to use excels and often they get heavy in size due to the volume of data & while presenting the same at times file gets stuck which seems odd while presenting smething amoung the Managers or Board members. So Tableau helped me in resolving this issue as it is quick and it dont get stuck.

Tableau is the most widely used tool nowaday because of its userfriendly interface and mindblowing features which helps us in different different ways. With the help of drag and drop features, we can visualize the data without the complex codings language need. User can also blend to data to analyse it in a better way. We can also create or visualise maps and locations. Tableau has various vigrous security features which protect our data. We can also access this tool over the phone with its easy dashboard view. And there are various other features which made this tool the top most in comparison to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as it relates to me, there is no such dislikes from my side. All the features are very helpful and organised. But sometimes tableau experience some glitch while handing large datasets. Datasets should be processed in a well organised way then only you can easily process the data in tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we were facing various data visualization challenges but with the help of tableau all the challenges are almost resolved. We can analyse market trends so that we can compete in the market and we can also enable to identify the risk across the various areas and we can take action with the help of that analysis. Our team also analyse the customer need, behaviour and approach so that we can manages the business activities according to the analysis which we are prepared.
