the most organzied process in my day
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are separate categories for the different departments so its easier to keep track of what is going on where. it seems like it keeps better track of orders then any other tool before. plus it doesn't forget or misplace what it needs to tell us to do. plus on top of all that it gives you updates on what has been added that comes through me email so I get them on my phone so I always know whats going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using Mondays for very long but ass of now I haven't found anything I dislike. it has been a game changer for us with no set backs currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
well I am in a different kind of position at work so being that I do the information gathering, design, and the build, some of these steps were really hard to keep track of for the people above me. so now they can just look on Mondays in the separate categories and see what I have going on and how far along with that particular order. it has been absolutely amazing just being able to go to this tool and scroll through and see what I need to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you and your company needs a little help keeping track of your growing orders this is the tool to use it has helped us so much already and we are just getting started. on top of it just being an amazing tool it also gives you little sticker rewards for completing all of your work for that week who doesn't love stickers haha.
I love Monday.com it keeps me organized

It keeps me organized and informed of what my coworkers have going on and what I need to do.

There is nothing i dislike about Monday.com

I feel more organized now. My co-workers also can track the status.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of the board. Being able to incorporate other software into my processes, automate emails, and streamline workflows is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The activity tracking feels like "someone" is always watching my every move. Even if I undo something, both actions are recorded forever. I like a little bit of secrecy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved my problems coordinating with other departments at my company. Being able to share a workflow with 5 individuals across 3 different teams makes larger projects so much easier. We would not be as productive or cohesive as we are without our collaborative boards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in if you aspire to grow rapidly. Monday.com provides each team member with the level of responsibility and autonomy that they desire. Your more organized workers can create as much structure as they want while your more unbothered workers can effortlessly track their project progress.

Learning time is not required. Very easy to adapt.

No detail option for progress following.

I can track lots of project easily. This means time saving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended task-managing software. Not because of ease of use, but also ease of learning. No pre-requirement needed.

Being able to see all your jobs in one place, see what everyone is working on and keep everything on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is that you need to pay for users in blocks of 5. Its not a huge issue though.

It is a great way of tracking all our accounts and ensure each process is carried out and not left out.

Using this to monitor and track all the issues and processes within each account is carried out till completion, best benefit is what was forgotten or left out is no longer an issue
Best collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is super intuitive and easy to use! I like how quickly I can find all my tasks and deadlines and refer back to what I've completed over the past month of so! I also like to task automation function

Sometimes some of my task don't show up even if a board isn't hidden (could definitely be a user error though)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all my task and my teams task to ensure nothing is missed
Great interface and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how neat it is and easy to set up tasks. The colors are vibrant that adds to the great interface. Everything is intuitive and easy to use. I also do really like the "I was mentioned" feature. It helps organize notifications so that I can see the tasks and projects I am specifically involved in. This saves a bunch of time so I do not have to go through everything to find what I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox system could use a bit of work. It can be weird to navigate and go through old messages or emails. This is probably because I am so used to a traditional inbox with lists of read/seen and unread/unseen messages or emails. When I first started using monday.com, after I was finished with something in my inbox, at first it seemed like that update was gone forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to see what everyone is working on and how far along everyone is. It also helps to keep organized of what you have coming up and when it is due. Management has also used it to assign tasks to staff members. Now, all we do is log on and make sure we are working on the tasks that need to be done. It makes workflow much, much easier to manage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using it in case you need to keep track of projects or tasks and to see what everyone is doing and how far along they are. It is also good for setting up future tasks to know what will need to be done eventually. Monday.com is very good for this. It also has great features like making Zoom calls directly from monday.com.
Saved me hiring a staff person
What do you like best about the product?
I run a strategy and design firm. It was taking up too much brain space keeping all of our projects on track. I was at the point I was looking to hire a project manager. Monday solved our problems. It helps us know where we are for each client. We have begun using it for all sorts of projects now. It's flexible and allows us to use it in all sorts away, including communicating progress with clients to managing ad budgets.
I love that we can add clients to our boards and they can see our work in different areas. It's great that you can attach files and use it in so many ways.

There are none. We love it. I wish I found it sooner.

1) work flow
2) transparency with clients- i.e. for one client I post about every social media post I make for them with attached files, another we actively edit copy that they use for blogging.
