Extremely helpful project management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible and visually appealing the platform is. Monday is also very easy to use. In a lot of ways, Monday is similar to Excel, which I like, and it exports to Excel which is another big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings on notifications are a bit confusing. I have not figured out how to turn off notifications that go off for each action I do in my Monday calendar. I would prefer to not get notifications each time anything is updated in Monday, espiecially since I was the one doing most of the updating, and getting notifications for each task I updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use Monday as a content production and distribution calendar to keep track of the current status of all of our pieces of content. It also helps to project manage other things like a web development project I have been working on. It helps keep in snyc all of the steps we need to take to accomplish our project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday provides an easy-to-use interface that makes tracking and updating projects easy. If you like to see visuals that help to quickly and easily identify where a project is at, what steps are upcoming, and where project tasks are getting held up.
A project management life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways you can customize your boards and the data you want to see. I love that the interface is so easy to use, so the experience of building out that data flows smoothly. I also love that there are automations which allow you to manage projects in the background - that is such a crucial feature for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of workspaces, dashboards vs favorites etc. from the left hand navigation bar still feels a little clunky to me. I like the workspaces updates better than what was there before but still think that nav bar would benefit from a small redesign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are collaborating with our clients on project boards which is huge. We’re also able to track department and company level KPIs with an ease we’ve never experienced before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Carve out time to sit down and play with the software. It’s so unique and there are so many options that you’ll benefit from focus time to get things set up the way you want.
A centralized place to keep myself and team organized and stay on top of deadlines.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to find what i need quickly. I also love automations that make my day to day easier and can notify me when a deadline is getting close. I can also use time tracking to measure how much time certain processes take. Monday is great at getting data point and board can have information ported from each other and compiled. Monday since i have been using it listens to feedback and does a great job adding features quickly. Many of my dislikes initially had been already solved and its only been 9 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
In boards on Monday groups not being able to have different formats for columns, including subitems. Would love to see workarounds for integrations for companies that use internal servers for emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives us the tools to keep process flowing efficiently. We had processes that normally were done in one text box in excel and now we could port it over to Monday and have clean look with an activity log to see who has done what and what is the current update on a individual item.
Great for Project Management Across Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Monday has streamlined the way my team tracks daily tasks, keeps track of licenses, and helps my company manage projects across departments. It's extremely user-friendly. I am a big fan of the automations for users who haven't completed tasks by a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note - it's a great, easy to use platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, licensure tracking, daily and weekly report tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the monday.com team if you can't quite figure out the setup of a dashboard. After a very brief tutorial, I quickly became a master of the system.
Work Life Changing
What do you like best about the product?
Be able to organize everything from quotes, current jobs, and invoices all in one place.

Nothing note worthy here works as intended. Only thing I can think of is sometimes the mobile app doesn't upload properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our projects organized and on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Awesome Tool, I can't live without it.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly experecience. The best way to keep track of work. A very usefool tool, everybody understands how to use it.
It's very easy to integrate someone new into monday because it doesn't requiere a lot of hours to get into it. Everyone that knows how to use it can teach new users in a few hours. Functions adpapt to every type of user. Monday is still updating with new features which is great. Adapting over time with new features is key.

What do you dislike about the product?
It requieres a level of commitment like any other tool. Price is not for everyone. Yearly based plans are a little steep on price. If the implementation isn't succesfull you would have a hard time paying off the rest of the time you have left of the yearly plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constantly remind people of their tasks is over, everyone can use it. Teamwork has been changed completely. I use borad to track different kinds of work, from team management to administrator tasks and my own personal tasks. It just works for everyone around here. Everyone on my teams uses it an we had a great improvemnt in our comunication as a whole. The tool has been improoving over time adding new functions and columns that are really useful. The best addition I have seen in a while are subtasks, sometimes a task can only be completed with other subtasks and monday understood this and added the function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You shold involve everyone using this tool to get the most out of it.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is so easy to use and all of our information is right there in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit difficult to easily find the information I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a great tool in helping us keep track of our inventory
Monday makes my life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The addition of sub-items is extremely helpful! I can see all of my open projects in one place and sort them by relevance, client, or due date. I can color code each group by priority and share projects with other owners. I also like that I can copy boards created by others so I don't have to start from scratch. The notifications when you mention someone has cut down on email traffic and keeps all communications in one place. Using the conversation bubble for notes on the task progress is helpful as weel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a reminder when a task is about to be due or is overdue. It would be nice to have the option to send a task due date to Outlook as a calendar reminder. It would be nice to have a View option of "View tasks on Calendar" where you click that and it shows which tasks are due on which days of the week or month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday definitely helps with time management. It gives a great overview of open projects so they are easier to prioritize and track their progress. It is easy to collaborate with others who have tasks within the same project. Monday has taken the place of sticky notes on my desk and calendar reminders to get certain tasks done. Using the sub-items has been a great help to add details to each task and track each individual task to complete a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When we first rolled out Monday, I thought it was just adding more work to my day. After using it for some time now I don't know how I lived without it. I would recommend you jump in with two feet and utilize all it has to offer.
Tops in Project Management and Work Flow Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Active reminders for tasks, versatility in setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboards could be more versatile to include additional project boards, but overall very satisfied with product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Individual team members have the ability to update projects from anywhere. Notes are no longer lost in some paper file somewhere. They are neatly organized and stored online, so they can be accessed by anyone, from anywhere. Project Managers can assign tasks, shift priorities, etc. from mobile devices as they travel. Very convenient.
