Easy to use and visually appealing PM software!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super easy to use, very customizable for your business, also very visually appealing! It’s a very easy set up and super simple to adapt to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of Monday is pretty high compared to other tools and is lacking a few features that others like Trello have, like discussion areas for the whole team and not as many mark up tools for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to better track our projects and therefore plan our business’ schedule better which helps us to not only stay on top of everything, but provide better and more accurate timing and therefore cost estimates to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that monday uses automations and integrations to make our workflows way more hands off. What previously had 4 steps in four separate programs can be set up to all happen automatically upon one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Monday is not a bit more flexible, and that the mobile app has heavily decreased functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday to have a visually sensible process tracker, we use it for orders, HR people tracking, and for Sales as a CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is. Great solution if you do not need too much flexibility. This is not a one-stop-shop software, but it does work very well with others.
Increase company wide productivity with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows my team to stay on provides all the relevant information for each job in one centralized location. There is no more referencing multiple locations for files and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although all job info is now centralized, it still requires manual input into quickbooks for billing. Even though there are 3rd party apps for integration, it would be nice to have quickbooks integration built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has become a virtual customer service rep for us. All client information is entered into Monday and jobs can easily be shared amongst employees and departments. Everyone can easily track job status, due dates and revisions. We also can quickly communicate important information, with a full job history readily available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is easy to use and cost effective way to manage projects. I highly recommend taking it to for a test drive.
Clear concise tool for workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like using it with my distributed team to understand workflows internally
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as in-depth/feature rich as other PM tools I've used but gets the job done for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good for tracking workflows with my team that is distributed throughout the world.
Great Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize your project boards with as many colors, columns, rows as you need. There are a lot of options that are very helpful like customizing how your columns sort, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that it’s called Monday. It gets confused with the day of the week when speaking to a coworker i.e. “I sent it to you on Monday” but that’s not much to complain about. The software is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to easily keep track of our projects, down to each small task within each project. Boards, pulses, etc make it so so easy to keep track of the status of even the smallest tasks we need to complete. We always know exactly where we are with everything when looking at our Monday boards. We also use it as a means of keeping track of some files, and progress photos. We are a design team and we send updates on our designs through Monday, tagging coworkers whose attention it needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a platform to track progress of your projects and tasks Monday.com is great and very useful and customizable.
Monday.com and home office
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is allowing my team frictionless task management across many projects without the need for constant meetings. Also it can me tweaked to track other things like files.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you answer updates via email it creates new tasks for every email reply so email conversations end up cluttering boards for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing an entire team that is not necessarily in the same office, or even city. It's gives us flexibility to to do more with our time.

There's not a lot of applications that can integrate with the tool

Solving a lot of day to day crm issues with the tool. Allows me to keep track of multiple issues at once without getting disorganized.

Monday.com is the great project planning software.
What do you like best about the product?
It is project management software for all organizers of projects and tasks with also generating the reports of projects. It is easy to manage projects with Monday.com. Tasks and project management, time tracking, and finance, is the best feature of the Monday.com software. Monday.com is very easy to use and enables to customize different projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem in this software is that it does not show the content of the projects contract. It takes some time to understand the program and its features. The option of work time projects management seems to be too complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes my project and task so much easier. This software can manage our clients, accountability, projects in a very interactive way. I would highly recommend Monday.com because it is one of the best and popular project management software.
Great UX, continuous improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean, easy to use, not too much clutter, very customizable. Their product teams seems to be continuously improving the software, so it will likely keep getting better as they continue to get feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Board organization can get a little messy if you don't have a good process set in place. Decide on how you want to organize your projects first before adding anything, and it should be easier to manage that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes project management clean and easy to keep track of. It is probably more geared towards non-creative marketers, as it's built more like a spreadsheet, and less like a blank paper. The tagging feature is nice, but if you look at a notification once and forget it, it can be hard to go digging for it again.
Mondays enhance organization
What do you like best about the product?
The multiple spaces to organize task. It allows your me to store and track all components in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the limit on the about of boards you can create or that each row has to be the same for every column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and project management. I have been able to effectively track my teams progress just by looking online.
