Great software for teamworking, organization and project management!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, easy to learn, easy to use and extremely helpful with tracking projects across various departments and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything about it that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to coordinate projects between various office locations, and have found that it helps us to track real-time progress and reach goals and deadlines on time and with minimal miscommunications.
Ease of Task Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that your whole team can use one module and set up their own tasks which is viewable by everyone and their timely performance can be checked.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike although the theme and user interface could be improved and it can look more professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem being solved is that we can now measure our KPIs with the help of time tracking and task management of every team member. Also tasks can be allocated and shared as an owner allowing everyone to know about the due workload on a team
This software makes it easy to track all projects
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed how easy this eas to use. I could add projects easily, everything was color-coded and it was very simple to complete tasks. The organization made simple. I loved this product. My team and I are very happy with Monday and are deciding to implement its use for our sales team to help with managing leads. It's easy for all of us to use, even not so tech-savvy people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature you can probably turn off but I haven't realized how to do it, is the notifications when changes are made to tasks themselves. It will say hey your teammate changed this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has changed the way we managed projects. We used to have 2-3 different tools to keep up with projects, but with Monday.com, we have everything we need: project managing, time tracking, deadlines, team members, all in one easy tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can easily tell which step of the process it's in and who the project is with. Deadlines are easy to track as well, with the overdue feature. This program is easy for everyone in involved
Enjoyable platform for team based offices even if they’re remote!
What do you like best about the product?
Depending on which version or tier of the platform you’re using is how many features you can use. Even at its most basic it’s amazing. You can decide tasks to boards or sections or even data sets (like names and info) and assign them to folks and track progress on each data set (also called a row). There were lots of ways you could customize the view and organize your data. It works for so many styles. As long as you commit to using this and maintaining it, it’s a huge asset for me team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just the pricing tiers. You really can get a full grasp of what the platform can do for you because as you’re trying to stretch it and see you hit another paywall. I will say they have super helpful training videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this platform at me last job and we used it from everything from recruitment, grant project tracking, grant proposal layout, and weekly assignments.
Good software!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been our go to for project management since last year. It is easy to set up a project plan that is precise and clear in nature, so that all team members can see what they are assigned to within the project. Monday’s templates are very intuitive and saves a lot of time and work as you can easily chose what works for you and get on with it. It is also well integrated with other applications such as Gmail and Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is overpriced. The emails from the app becomes overwhelming and frustrating at times as there are too many. The mobile app could use a little improvement as it does not compliment well with mobile platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is well suited for small to medium sized organizations. With this you can easily keep track of your projects and be in one centralized location with all the other team members. It keeps everyone up-to-date and is well integrated with other applications like Jira and Gmail.
Game changer for our team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday concisely puts multiple workflows together to make actionable items and indicate progress or roadblocks. It’s a game changer for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the boards can’t do exactly what we want them to, but for the most part it does more than enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the big one. This allows our team to communicate with each other fluidly, identify roadblocks or problems, track progress, generate reports, adds accountability, and more.

Silly name but great software

Great for project management. Easy to keep track of all our tasks

The name. Monday.com used to be called DaPulse, which in my opinion is way better. Also, the app could be better.

Keeping track of multiple simultaneous projects. Tracking the location of data.

What do you like best about the product?
This software is by far the easiest task management and project tracking software I've used in my years of experience. It's intuitive, simple, and the flexibility of the color-coding, labels, and available columns and categories allows us to customize it however we need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a great way to track time in association with each task. If you have projects that require billing hours back to a client, it would be helpful to have some kind of time tracking system associated with each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com throughout our entire company. It increases internal awareness of project status and the automation options are great for alerting specific employees to changes in progress. It keeps teams on the same page and cuts out a lot of the back and forth check-ins about where projects are at, what communication has taken place with the contact, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an elevated task list for shared tasks, project management, and workflows, this is the first place to go. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and streamlined for a view that makes sense and is easy to look at. It's straightforward and a great way to keep track of active, past, and upcoming projects for individuals or teams.
A solid choose for a well developed project management software.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive and easy to interact with, with a very clear and dynamic graphical interface, the program allows you to manage all kinds of projects, advertising campaigns, CRM functions among many other things that makes "monday.com" such a tool so to improve the productivity of any user or company who wants to use it. The ease of adding items to your dashboard so it helps visibility by having all your activities in one place, as well as options like commenting on activities of your colleagues, receiving real-time notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the software is implemented in mobile applications for iOS and Android devices, the performance of these is not the best, it can be a little slow and the lack of functionalities that if present in the web version is too much. For new users the learning curve can be a little long because of the amount of features offered by the tool so you have to take your time and gradually experience until you fully understand how it works as extensive tooling as it is monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The incorporation of monday.com in our sales department has been an incredible help, with this we have been able to improve our response times with the requests and concerns that come from our customers, having an organized view of each customer, together with your personal information without the need to opt for an 3rd party application to perform such data pulling. Tracking our sales process also improved as we can section each stage to have a much more accurate view of the development of each of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is a tool that not only improves your productivity with numerous features and options but also helps to develop a collaborative environment among your colleagues and even between several different departments, thus making your workflow much lighter and more efficient. If you want to include software that presents a way to visualize and conceptualize all your ideas, tasks and processes through dashboards that facilitate the location and tracking of elements then this tool is one of the best in the market, and for me it is the choice to go.

I love the user interface, the boards customization applies to any projects, the automatizations and software integrations are good enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn’t so powerful as the web portal. Often has bugs while running on both platforms.

Project planning and tracking, communication with workmates and clients to follow up processes.
