Somewhat Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It is really nice to help keep yourself and your team organized for any upcoming projects that you might be working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be use to using it or else you will forget to update your status etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use Monday.com as a way to keep track of the different events that we have going on and that we are in charge of. It has helped each person become accountable for the different things that they have to do.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday.com is the layout. It can basically be set up as a fancy excel sheet which people can then comment and have conversations on. I really enjoy the status columns and how we are able to customize them. Currently we use this as our promo calendar for multiple properties and it keeps everything in one spot nice and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that currently you cannot upload an exel doc into an existing board. You can only upload an excel do into a new board. We are figuring out a way to use zapier to make the needed connections as we update the document frequently ant it would simplify our process if we could just upload into a current board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our problem of a promo calendar with interactivity. The ability of a status box is much cleaner and simpler for our team to update than an excel doc with multiple colors,fonts etc. This is allowing us to keep everything in one place and everything on the same page. The time tracking function is also useful as it attached to a specific task as opposed to using a different program all together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best how easy it is to use and jump in to Monday.com, especially for our guest users. The tool is intuitive, which makes it easy to adopt across the org and improves collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is getting better and better, as they improve their product and release more features but I would say that I dislike the inability to have dependent dates. I wish I could assign due dates to pulses and if I go in and update one date, it could automatically update all the others. I also wish it was easier to collaborate with Monday.com users that live in different instances of Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving inefficiencies around project management and giving management/leadership visibility into ongoing projects that span across the org. Monday.com has helped implement a project management structure that keeps projects on time and on budget while tracking them in one, consistent place.
It's just really helping us all stay on track and keep crushing the deadlines
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an amazing solution for time management, it has all the tools needed to manage your time and your projects plus it's really beautiful and intuitive, easy to use, easy to read, very configurable, allows good collaboration, good notifications, good visualization of projects
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can say as a con is that a relatively expensive project managing solution, I haven't found much about this software that's not to like. It might send a lot of notifications, but I think that's the point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my team remotely for the most part, so having this tool to help manage projects and keep the team productive is great. I like the tools it offers to keep up to date with upcoming deadlines. The boards, You can add team members to a shared board and build out an entire project on the board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product made to solve a real problem as people sometimes need a tool they can customize in a world where everything is so cookie-cutter, We gained a lot of improvement in our projects and time management.
Delightful application to track efficiency at work
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com help me operate a highly effective sales and research team. I would easily monitor projects, I would connect to my colleagues. It's easier to manage, especially when I deal with different team and accounts as Business Account Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult to manage email notifications that did not meet all our contact needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me organize a team to know what happens throughout the enterprise. The interface is very user-friendly and efficient. The task to be created, moved, and assigned to various team members is so easy. I use my team and my own personal tasks to manage Monday. I appreciate the fact that every task can be easily filled with a time limit or deadline.
Excellent platform for simple and effective project management.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like this software, it is very intuitive and its integration is simple, it has a dynamic and very clear interface, it allows me to have a good administration of all types of projects, CRM functions, advertising campaigns, among many other things that this tool be great I also have the facility of being able to add elements to the control panel so that I can have visibility by having all my activities in one place, as well as receiving notifications in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance for mobile applications for iOS and Android devices is not very good, many times it becomes a bit slow and lacks many features that are the web version. Monday.com has a lot of features, which makes the learning curve long for new users, and for that reason it takes a little more time to fully understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been a great help in our organization, sales have increased satisfactorily since we have been able to improve our response times to the requests and concerns of our customers, thus having a more organized vision for each client. With this software it is not necessary to opt for an application for data extraction. The follow-up for our sales improved a lot because we have an accurate vision at each stage of development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software to companies that wish to improve their productivity through panels that will facilitate the location and tracking of the elements. It also has a large number of features and options, which will help to have a better development in the environment among colleagues, which helps to make your workflow much lighter and more efficient.
The best project management platform in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
Its user interface is well designed, simple and intuitive. The system is easy to understand and is simple. You can track each project and everyone's homework and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, the learning curve can be a bit long due to the amount of features offered by the tool, so you should take your time and experience it gradually until you fully understand how it works, since it is Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to track the progress of our end of month and quarter schedules. It allows us to collaborate together and send messages when we are hanging on a step. We can send messages between the entire work team when they mark a task, alert the next person who needs to complete that step before they can continue with their task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this platform to companies that wish to keep all their tasks and projects in one place, assign people to tasks and add deadlines. Also another great tool is the automatic notification generator, which helps you stay updated and constantly notifies you based on your configuration. You can even create tasks that depend on the previous task so that your team members know when you trust your task to be completed so you can start your part.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is easy to grip on projects and experience all of the boards and tools are we need to succeed in one handy resource. It integrates well with other apps and our team can manage the project with our workflow. Power-Ups turn its boards into living applications to meet our team's unique business needs and let us create our project easily. No matter where we are, it stays sync across multiple devices and we can collaborate with our team from home or any other location. It power-up our workflow and let us manage important business projects in real-time. Also available for smartphones and gives us the freedom to work from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any serious issue with monday.com just speed of performance is a little bit slower on mobile phone and the price of the subscription is higher as compare to other project management tools. Otherwise, I don't face any difficulty while working with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com on any size of the screen and its interface is much more different from other alternatives. It works as an application and real-time updates are amazingly fast. It works as a board for a project and we can see all the items on one platform. Tracking issues and allowed someone to solve those issues simply and easily. So I want to say that I find it is a perfect project management tool.

Monday is the best project management tool I have ever used. It's great for internal and external communication.

There is not one thing that I dislike. I do wish it had a chat feature.

Keeping our teams on task and our leadership can check Monday to see where all projects are at any time. We also have solved the ability to over-communicate to Clients and where things are with any project. Monday helps us keep projects on track, in one place with all the tools we need.
