I like this software because it focus on helping me develop my priority projects and improve my workflow. Monday.com offers a very organized space that displays the tasks beautifully and puts collaboration as its first priority. I love that its materials are well-rounded and it does not take much effort to start using the software.
When scheduling, I like to have in mind that my other projects will not get in the way, and this is why Monday.com is so good, because its calendar options makes it impossible to make a mistake, and I have everything in order without any worries.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the mobile app operates since there is a big difference between the web app, and I would love it if Monday.com put the same features in the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a lot of scheduling. At work, it's important to keep track of these schedules to make sure everything goes the way it should. That's why we use Monday.com, because it's simple and with its algorithm the changes of making mistakes are very little.

I think the guides offered by the software should be read and tested first before starting to use the software, since these are very helpful to understand the sofware and make the experience go smoothly.

It is the best platform for project management, with a fully customizable workflow to manage what you want and in your own way. Its user interface is very flexible and meets all needs. It is very easy to integrate with external tools to keep all work in one place, its automations allow you to eliminate manual work from routine tasks. And the best thing is its color coding that facilitates the visual organization of information and tracking progress at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that I have been using monday.com the only thing I would really like to be able to set my notification preferences for the dashboard, instead of a global configuration, otherwise I have not had any problem with the program.

Thanks to its ease of follow-up we can visualize what any work team is doing and how long they take in the projects, this allows us to keep abreast of everything that happens in the company with respect to the projects, but also helps us identify the bottlenecks in the projects.

Monday.com is a platform that undoubtedly has everything for the proper management of plans and projects. It has exellent customization capatibilities that I can't find on any other platform, so I can configure it and make it feel much more comfortable.
I love that I show all my plans in a much more representatice and visual structure, the organization by segmentation and columns makes everything much sumpler and more practical. Another point in favor, the communication and messaging system, has contributed gratly to collaborative work, strengthening communication between project colleagues.
The filter and search system is practically automated and effective. The link between the boards makes the work much more collaborative, and the monitoring of the project allows us to immediately find what we need.

Without knowing it, I found an ideal platform to perform all my project management work, it completely conforms to my system standards. It has everything I need, it is an economical tool, it does not have such high prices, its tools are practical and simple but very useful, the configuration and customization is fast, simple and makes me always feel comfortable.
I have only one criticism of the follow-up, it can be slow sometimes and it doesn't take everything in real time, which is a bit annoying when it comes to managing the project.

This tool is very easy to use, I like because the lists can be edited at any time by several people, you can also move very easily the columns and rows to customize the view, this has a customer service that is wonderful, because when there is any inconvenience I always get a good quick response, with details and momentum. Monday.com is an easy to use tool, you can manage multiple projects within the platform. You can manage and play around with the boards and widgets. You can easily track the progress of a board and the performance of a team. It is a great tool to visualize a marketing tool.

Despite the tool is pretty flexible with the configuration, if you want to change the name of the columns for a group, you need to do it in a different board. This is not ideal when you want to have all of your groups in a same board.

Some updates are made without warning and there are small intervals of unavailability.

We have not had any problem using monday.com but I think it should be noted that when we started to implement Jira, we left Monday as the task scheduling system and thus be able to take out the timesheets for the payroll payment of the staff.

I highly recommend Monday.com as a collaborative tool for high performance agile teams to carry out the daily tasks and activities of the various teams in an organization because it is easy to use, intuitive, looks pretty good and is very stable.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great way to stay organized. My personal favorite is that you can keep track of budgets with the Excel-like column feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is a bit lacking in streamlining tasks and project management. I much prefer Asana’s way of keeping track of tasks and their digest once you login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps my team be much more efficient. It’s a great way to track design requests and campaign budgets.
