Beautifully designed a powerful application

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is flexible platform for tracking the progress of employees. This program is offering much different type of effective services on one platform. The automation of this tool is satisfying and gives a great access to its users. It has become my one of the favorite products because it has everything our projects require for. I have been using this tool for long time and getting positive services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly saying that I have not faced any of its drawbacks yet. The more I use this tool the more efficient services it provides, so what all I have for this tool is bundle of appreciation for providing amazing results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful and helpful product that is being used in all around the world. It helps me in instant communication sector. I can collaborate with others in effective ways. It has also made easy to manage projects. It gives proper grip on the features and managing all functions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the most effective applications. Highly recommended platform.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is interesting which gives me ease of use and excellent visibility. It is also highly customizable. I can manage and track employee performance vigorously.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be necessary to be able to integrate more automation tasks and be able to improve calendar functions and make their use easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has been perfect for our company, we use it in the marketing department. Our team has the ability to organize projects and automate tasks easily. It is also an easy to use tool and is designed spectacularly well.

monday.com is perfect for any company which presents valuable characteristics to carry out effective projects such as, An excellent planning, Administration of tasks and resources, Design for a workflow trauma among others.

What do you like best about the product?
it is an easy-to-use tool, we can deliver an information flow to all our clients in an efficient and effective way, it allows us to be organized and updated in any eventuality that may arise. You can track any activity that a team member wants to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should improve their payment plans and make better offers, since the more users use the tool, the more expensive it becomes, there should be an improvement in that aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implement monday.com thanks to its easy handling and its functions we can send absolutely all kinds of information to our entire catalog of customers, this information is sent to each of them through an email or a text message. The tool also allows us to plan the projects that the company wants to carry out, these are modified and organized by the members of a team, thanks to its functionality we can access from any other site that is not within the organization so that the members who are Outside the company they also have the access to be able to perform an update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommended for any type of organization because through this software we can perform our tasks and work activities in an organized and dynamic way, this tool thanks to its easy handling prevents the delay of your planned activities in the day.

It's Almost Perfect!

What do you like best about the product?
I use this for my non-profit cancer charity - Cancer Journeys Foundation. I love the ease of creating boards to track projects and tasks and the desktop and mobile apps. It's really a great tool for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a native in-app messaging function. I don't want to bother with using Slack, which would just add another tool we must manage. We're using a workaround by creating a messaging board, which is a time-waster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the status of our project and tasks. It's giving us great visibility over our projects and saving us lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
With monday.com we have been able to keep our most updated logos, artwork, and brand descriptions in one place where it is easy to get to and everyone knows where it's located. It has been a real time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little confusing at first. We had some overlapping boards but after a few months, I think we've gotten that all fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses monday.com to help keep track of the many projects we're working on for different divisions & departments within our company. It helps us keep track of where we are with each project and we can keep notes on everything. They are steadily coming out with new features - many of them have been helpful to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This application is awesome. Offers a great user experience, customization, analytics and issue management. The integrations possible with other apps like google drive and dropbox is easy and works great.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is awesome, everything is so super simple and intuitive. It just makes sense. Furthermore very handy are
a. the easy-to-setup integrations
b. connection of boards
c. email notification setup
d. column types
e. color codes
f. task and time tracking
When our team has started off using Monday.com, it was just about 10 users. Within a couple of days the word spread internally and other teams and department joined us, which makes it much easier now to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a product manager myself, there are of course always things that could be improved or made better. But they are not worth to mention in a serious review. It's just a very powerful and logical tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had our own internal task tracking tool. Today, company wide task tracking we do currently from within the tool in almost every department. To manage client issues, versions, upgrades, marketing and product tasks. And many, many other simpler and smaller tasks, because.. - it's just so easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you continously visit their webinars and tipps to improve efficiency, use their integrations and automations to the full level. Even have an internal "monday expert" that studies the tool and visits the different departments and shows them how to optimize it.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization level and being able to create boards for many different kinds of projects is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have 2 differently configurated groups within one board. The automation options are confusing also. I couldn't figure out how to do what I wanted to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm tracking the progress of projects from quoting, invoicing, ordering, shipping, production etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to visually see where we are on all projects and to visibly click "complete" has been incredibly helpful. We are able to work collaboratively on projects, manage them in a way that is easy for our team to understand and update, and is easy for our clients to join in on when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits on how many guests we can have is frustrating, because our staff is small (team of 5) but we're limited to only bringing in 4 guests until we're charged for a new user. I'd like to see a model where we could have unlimited single channel guests for interacting with clients on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many. We're able to keep to-do lists in a way that is much more efficient, and we're able to assign tasks to anyone on the team. We're able to share files and progress with each other and also track the overall progress of our client projects. We use this for high level project management and also for day to day operations work so it is really now an integral part of our office culture. It has changed things for our team immensely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended. It's a little different than other platforms in this space, but don't let the visual nature fool you... it is feature rich, powerful, has incredible automations, great support, and will save your business time.

Must-have for any business

What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful to keep track of everything when working on projects, not to mention that it's very easy to use. I've had some questions and they got answered very quickly, so the support is definitely good. The dashboard is very clean and everything is easy to find. Also, it's very nice to be able to see what everyone is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, this one is a tough one to answer. I LOVE Monday. Probably the only thing I dislike is that it's a bit pricey for smaller businesses. The cheapest option is $40, which, obviously, is almost nothing to bigger businesses, but I can see why smaller ones would prefer to do everything via, for example, Excel. Also, when the trial ends, you can't export the tasks and other stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday, we had a real problem with planning and tracking everything. We work in the travel industry and often have to call hostels, restaurants and other companies to plan vacations, and it was a complete mess before we started using Monday, we just couldn't keep track of it all. Monday allowed us to keep track of calls, projects, complaints and files, and everything was just so much easier with Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're having trouble with keeping track of everything, or you're tired of using Excel or other spreadsheet software that are not really easy to use to keep track of things, then I'd definitely recommend you to use Monday. It's fully customizable, easy to use and overall just clean and easy on the eye.
