Project Planning Made easy & customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Can customize all fields and include different columns on each project board. I have found it to be very user friendly and easy to use. I've tried a few other project planning sites and this is by far my favorite. You can now add sub-items to any ToDo item making the project planning even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I with the timeline fields worked a bit differently. I have found some other companies that use the timelines in a better way but the rest of their system isn't as good. Everything else has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping over 10 major projects on track without a project planning system was not working. This system has helped with keeping daily tasks straight as well as major projects on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend you try it. Make sure to look at all of the columns you can add to your project. The tutorials are very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Marketing Coordinator who works a LOT on social media and Monday is an irreplaceable tool for my team and I. We use it daily to organize social media posts and keep track of our overall calendar. With a 5 person team, we are able to know where each of us will be, what we're working on, deadlines and have all the information we need if one of us is sick. We started using Monday about 2 years ago and if we didn't have the infrastructure we did build with Monday, it would've been a heck of a lot harder transition to working remotely. The ability to communicate so easily with my team and share files, copy and have it all housed in one place is amazing. I highly recommend using this product for any communications team or team that cooperates with one another on a daily basis like my team does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say maybe the only downfall of Monday is that depending on your view, some of my coworkers tend to miss my messages or comments if they only check their inbox. I prefer to view everything in the dashboards themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday saves us countless emails back and forth not to mention allows us to house all our files and copy for social posts, events, etc. in one place. We've been using Monday for two years to plan and schedule our social media and I LOVE the fact that I can look back at what I posted and which platforms two days, 6 months, even a year ago.
Monday is really awesome and its very efficient. Tracking of hours is awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking of hours,assigning different statuses and who is to going to work on certain tasks and also tag two different people is really great feature. Due dates and the notification feature is great. The application as a whole is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I am not greatful about at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday as a project management tool and its helping us to see how people spent their time working on a certain tasks. Tracking of hours and is really helpful and also helps us to catch up with deadlines. Status feature helps us to see if people are stuck or making progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recoment Monday to any type of an organisation who wants to work very efficiently on their projects and manage their time. It is very helpful and can be used as an amazing tool.
Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The Support teams at Monday.com respond back to you at all times of the day, from 2 pm to 2 am, even on Sundays. They will make custom videos specifically for you to help with your issues. They work as a team to help figure out any issues you may have or solutions you may need. They also listen to our suggestions and have implemented several of them . The majority of companies big or small could learn a lot from Monday.com about customer service/support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have a dislike yet. So far, every time I run into an issue their support team is able to help me find the answer or solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for is a start-up and we all work remotely. Monday.com has been a tremendous asset in allowing us to work remotely. We use it for everything from tracking time, To Do list, SOPs, as a filing cabinet, etc.
Monday.com Continues to Impress
What do you like best about the product?
Above everything else, the support team! They are always available to help. Any time I have an issue I am trying to resolve, I shoot them an email and they are quick to respond with clarifying questions or immediate recommendations. It is amazing the quality of care they are able to provide even to smaller clients like my company.
Concerning the product itself, there are a ton of built in features that are intuitive and simple to use, and they seem to be constantly making it better!

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create formulas across items. I like the overall set up and workflow of Monday, but some features like what you can do with formulas is limiting compared to something like google sheets.

Team work flow. Project Management and tracking. Communication around specific projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is definitely worth giving a shot to see if it can work for your team! And don't be afraid to reach out to their support team for help. They will respond promptly and try to help you!

You can personalize and design your boards almost like it's your own planner.

Sometimes I get too many notifications for things I don't need to know and not enough for important things.

Easy to use and a flexible tool that shows multiple views of boards such as kanban, gantt chart, timeline and calendar views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending how you set it up and use it across a company really impacts the overall ease of use. The more boards you have, the messier it can get to find what you're looking for.

I like how I can carry out the follow-ups of my tasks with a much more elegant interface than other project managers, also the assignment of tasks, objectives, completion of projects among others is much more superb than on other platforms

There are different functions that do not exist, such as indicators or task tracking, prices are high unlike other project managers

Effective product in Project Management with a lot customization
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday.com is to customize everything you need and allocate those to your hand-picked team members. It's extremely easy to use and provides a lot of add-ins such as sending email notices, auto-collect email responses and attachment files etc.

I wish they could provide a system that summarizes report at end of the day instead of shooting out thousands of emails each day. another function that would be great is to add subtasks for big projects with additional dependencies.

Saved a lot of time for project management and communication. Keeping track of process and also making sure that every member is on the same page.
