A good method of project management
What do you like best about the product?
I used Monday's target to pulse with a similar target on another design board. I'd like to connect them. It saves me a lot of time and gives me a better idea of when I can easily "kill 2 birds with 1 stone"! It is also easy to get rid of the connection between pulses when drawing deviations from the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage of this solution is that due to the price packages it is not suitable for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we see the production schedule, contracts are actually executed on schedule. The whole business has a clear image of the process of their creation and exactly where they are in the given order.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Creating and maintaining a project takes too much time and is too complex. If you are tired of using a project management program, do the following. If you use an Excel file to track tasks and tasks because you are, Monday.com will beat you.
I Love monday, it is an awesome CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
My company started recently using Monday as our CRM system, and it is amazing how many capabilities you cn customize, we can now track our project management and account management team more efficiently and keep track of our interactions with clients more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar part for task is one of the task I'm not a fan but I think when we migrate and use Monday to also manage our tasks it will be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with clients and documenting the communication and emails with clients, it has solved a lot of our problems as a company, I definitely recommended to any company.

If you want a CRM system monday is simple, user friendly and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Now with everyone working remotely, the ability to track what every team member is doing, comment and review via the Monday boards, has been incredibly helpful. Everything is easy and fun to build and pretty quickly many additional teams in the company started to use it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many boards make it somewhat difficult to track what's going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote communication, efficiency, tracking progress of tasks and projects.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really nice. I like the team member tagging and communication tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the notification page can use some improvements. I also think the emails to your inbox showing completed tasks could use some modifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this software to manage company wide projects with effective communication. We have been able to track and monitor all efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Increase the API and/or integrations with Zapier to allow for more workflows into HubSpot.
Excellent Team Collaboration software
What do you like best about the product?
Color Organizer - this feature provides for the staff members of ours to match the colors to customer profiles. This allows you to find practically everything in a second. Sorting by date allows you to keep track of things that demand your attention first but grading it by the color lets you to stay more focused on a certain piece of work yo're on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is going to be great in case the automation was a little much more integrated, but surely we are able to obtain the automation just where we would like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are going to find ways to accomplish this. Honestly the program is really good. Look at the video. It might seem a little bit complicated at first but when you learn it, it's a good tool.

Monday.com is not merely a data platform, it's a visual representation of all of the information of yours. You're competent to do it. It genuinely made my work a lot easier.
Monday.com as an Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to label tasks with different colors so that I can easily track groups of items. I also like that I can allow my team to update their task progress as they finish something, have a question, etc. Monday.com sends me notifications in the app as well as via email, which is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that training videos--I haven't found them to be too helpful to me. To be fair, I haven't seen all of them--I stopped watching after about 2 of them. If the platform had examples more in line with my job, I'd be more inclined to watch them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm organizing my team's tasks and priorities. This is a huge help because I have 15 direct reports, all who have many different tasks with many different requirements and deadlines. I'd be lost without Monday.com.

Management options and creation of schematic plans, monitoring progress with results reports, establishing a strong foundation to achieve a firm in their actions carried out, promoting every detail of this system to have a considerable follow-up, which serves as business tool, to obtain benefits with the help of its properties in different time periods, with a high level project plan, Interdepartmental project monitoring, shared resource management, objecting for impeccable solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When integrated with direct content distribution and reception servers, it postpones the encoding and connection between systems, making it easier to use. which causes a delay in the digitalization of data, which want to be supplied to the digital platform, postponing the realization of plans and projects that integrate the different characteristics needed to safely create each business format, so it must be essential to improvement of your software, to achieve the desired results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For being an enhancer of the remote work of my corporation's teams, able to adapt to the most vulnerable needs of the company, empowering the actions performed by users, eliminating manual work, by changing this option to an automatic response system, ordering the most relevant work to be executed in the first place, with the integration of the best tools, collaborating with a virtual shared space to communicate the greatest amount of ideas, having a complete vision of the digital panorama to be known.

Being known its functionality as a system, you can visualize the benefits that involve the use of this software, to program their daily activities and routine, which weighs with excellence the effectiveness of their mechanisms of organization, shaping the theory of information of your company, managing projects, software development, advertising marketing and sales, including the aspects of greater importance for any corporation, with customizable options where you can increase workflow, with progress tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
It is then easier to manage a bunch of info and also enables you to work with most people that are in various directions. We manually moved from a series of distinct spreadsheets to one method which was easy and consistent to work with. I've never been so organised before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stopwatch must be made better. Replace real time tracking with actual time tracking. At work I do not normally think about taking a break and operating the stopwatch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On Monday I'd like a chance to check out the improvement of the watch as well as the task to figure out the team's tasks. I no longer deal with micro management. I am right here and doing the very best I can.

That's the plan which enables you to change the inner infrastructure of yours. Basically, that's probably the most seamless process and you are able finally to make clients or guests come and find out what you are working on in case you opt to do it.
Useful, flexible, customizeable
What do you like best about the product?
You can make customizable dashboards, visible to only you, that utilize custom filters per board you pull from. Very useful, especially if you use Monday for more than just its traditional uses. I have a dashboard that looks at my team's board, 3 client-facing boards, and 2 other internal boards, but filters for items where I have been assigned as a person somewhere in the pulse.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can't really hide groups of columns - so if you collect a lot of information, say from a form, you can hide columns on a board, but you can't do things like hide a column if everything in it is empty.
Also, in dashboards you can't currently change the order of how the boards appear (to my knowledge), but being able to reorder them would be helpful when prioritizing updates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track projects across the organization. Different regions/offices/types of customers have different types of boards to support their individual needs. We also use it to share information externally since we can customize what information is shown in a dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need "virtual sticky notes" and are accustomed to organizing in swimlanes, Monday will be a very easy tool for you to adopt. It is very flexible, so if you don't have a solid plan it might be overhwleming - but if you are able to scope out and organize your needs into columns/rows/labels/groups, then Monday will be a perfect solution.
Great cross functional workspace
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful function is to be able to add customizable categories in each pulse to keep track of the status as each person completes their part of the pulse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more visual timeline functionality to be able to plan out project milestones at a high level with a place to note goals to meet along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple departments working on several pulses at a time, it has been extremely beneficial to have all of the information and communication about that task in one common area to refer to until the task is complete.
