What do you like best about the product?
This solution has, above all, an elegant layout and attractive appearance. It seems that everything I would like to do could be done quickly and easily to find much more experienced things in the menu. Besides, I have an amazing interaction with the customer service, everything goes fast and I get the assistance I need. When I have to add something completely new to my work, I can immediately find it in the resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I fall into a gap or even miss an opportunity. If I find it, I send it to customer service on Monday. That's it, maybe you showed me exactly how to solve this problem, or maybe you created a new element that solves it for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General project management, media time, budget and time tracking. There is a broader perspective on our time and our potential workflow because it has improved our workload and improved our productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Getting on board is really easy and straightforward, probably the best advice I can get was to sign up and spend time with a few people! In a few minutes you will have your personal project and you will have the opportunity to discuss your goals, the functionality of your staff and a few other attributes you need to check.
One of the best tools to keep track of each project
What do you like best about the product?
It has a charming and brilliant interface and doesn't require the establishment of any extra programming, it is a completely online application. We are utilizing this to follow, creation status, work hours, day by day creation, and transportation status. Our group adores the manner in which it keeps the correspondence smoothed out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lamentably, Monday.com's most noteworthy con is that it's not easy to understand, instinctive, or straightforward to discover. Among our association, I even have set aside the effort to discover the product in more noteworthy profundity than most and that I routinely end up aiding and teach my partners while in transit to do what they're attempting to achieve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilized this as a group and it had been permitting us to raised correspondence inside undertakings. it had been valuable for the group. This task the board programming will make your activity tons simpler and your group tons increasingly proficient. I incline toward that I don't get the chance to catch up with everybody daily, I can simply send them a challenge to refresh the status of their errand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is offering huge amounts of highlights and capacities to orchestrate your work process and procedure. The particular thing about it's the representation. From a quick look, you will be prepared to see your key measurements and information straightforwardly.
Highly versatile, flexible en user friendly solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface design and high quality of support (that is included in your monthly payment). We were able to create easy to understand and use interfaces. Used by multiple person over different offices within a day or so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. It meets our requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple projects shared by several branches/persons. Monday creates transparancy. We keep track of progress and all communication is down in monday. Is this we everyone is up to without he need keep browsing your email. Because of this things go much faster and easier without enldless discussions about responsibilites etc etc
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has an incredibly intuitive interface. Anyone can get started tracking tasks and projects on it right away. It also has a lot of flexibility with how you set up your sheets, creating columns to track a variety of different types of data and allowing you to upload media directly into a sheet. It also integrates with a number of other services, although I'm not using the integrations now.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so much flexibility, it's possible for sheets from different people or departments to display the same information in disparate ways. Organizations need to invest some time in planning how they'll use Monday to get the most out of it. Also, pricing is reasonable, but lower-cost tiers put tight limitations on users and viewers. If you need more people to view or add to a sheet, the cost can climb pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing numerous types of projects with Monday including communications schedules, content creation, campaign development, and more. It helps my team keep track of everything in motion, with clear markers on progress, and the ability for each of us to update the projects with our steps. It would be possible to organize this information in a spreadsheet, but Monday's intuitive interface and variety of templates for projects got us started quickly and save us lots of time in the long run.
Incredible customization
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of Monday is the customization. Most similar services force you to use the system the way they set it up, but with Monday I can set it up to support my process and how I work. In my experience, this level of customization typically costs thousands of dollars and thus is only available to organizations with big budgets. Monday gives the keys of the castle to small business owners at a reasonable cost. Well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a steeper learning curve initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. I am able to coordinate with my team, keep track of deadlines, and communicate clearly and effectively about timelines and progress to my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Expect there to be a learning curve as you initially set up Monday. To speed things up, start with some of the pre-designed templates or find templates created by others in the Monday community, then customize to your liking.
Great central location to keep track of jobs
What do you like best about the product?
Keepiing track of individual tasks and being able to easily prioritise
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as each board can be tailored to it's specific need by adding removing columns so a board can be completely bespoke
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritising, keeping track of tasks, not having lots of emails back and forth getting lost
Best Workload Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is both easy to teach and easy to learn. You're able to customize almost everything to your company's needs and link it all together. Everything can be connected and automated so you don't have to be clicking between boards to get the full picture of your projects. It's not geared towards one type of company, either. You can use this for high end enterprises, or if you're a student in college just trying to keep track of assignments. There's a vast number of endless possibilities. Your teams will feel connected, your managers will be at ease, and everyone will benefit. From boards, to dashboards; to automations and integrations, everything you need to keep track of a workload is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike, which is more of a personal preference than anything, is the lack of dark mode. I work for a video production company, so for editing our screen brightness is always at full so we can see the clips properly. But to switch from editing to go into Monday.com is almost blinding since the background is white. However I've already talked to them about this issue, and I know they're working on creating a dark mode option very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a video production company, we're able to see how far along a client's project is easily. It has saved us time in and out of the office, being able to see everything and record everything we need to on both large and small scales. It's also helped us communicate with clients by being able to create custom forms to send and gather information. Automating the process was a game changer. Being able to get custom notifications, have status changes across boards, and items linked together really altered the way we were able to process everything and put us at ease.
A dream
What do you like best about the product?
After working on a very basic excel document for tracking projects, that had lots of room for human error, finding Monday really was a dream.
I had to spend a good few hours working out the best way to make the system work for us - but once we nailed it..... hours have been saved, and the information is literally at your fingertips whether I'm WFH or in the office.
I had to spend a good few hours working out the best way to make the system work for us - but once we nailed it..... hours have been saved, and the information is literally at your fingertips whether I'm WFH or in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot - occasionally can't work something out - but there's always a chatbox or someone to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Less room for human error
Flexible and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitiveness of the app and how easy it is to set up your boards. I really appreciate the various board views, like kanban and timeline, which allow to slice your tasks in many different ways and always keep tabs on the most important stuff. I understand I might be using only a fraction of functionality that monday.com actually allows for, but that fraction is pretty damn great.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my specific use case, I'd like to see the progress tracking improved. Right now it tracks based on the number of status columns, however, it's become common for us to only use one status column with a number of labels, which means your progress is either 0% or 100%. It would also be nice if the progress bar tracked the progress of checklist items in the task comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management. Since going remotely, we needed a robust solution to plan quarterly activities and have access to each other's progress and tasks.
Chaos visualised in a structured way
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Monday are visibility and ease of use. It also easy to customize, automate and connect different boards and columns to simplify for co-workers to access the information they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could be easier to use. It's ok to just check things but tricky to update posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and teamwork.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend anyone who want to keep track of progress tracking of multiple projects to give Monday a try. Start with a blank board and then add columns and take it from there.
