What do you like best about the product?
Easy UI.
Flexibility.
Easy to navigate.
The board can be created according to my design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time for each subtask cannot be given for free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and development has become easier.
Easy to keep the timelines.
Tasks and subtasks help to develop/test/manage any item.
Easy to keep track of what others are doing too.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent project management software. It gives us a flexible and transparent way to organize work. With monday.com it is very easy to assign tasks, track work progress, and review the performance of each team member. Excellent customer support service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. They are constantly upgrading their system and functionality and provide easy and convenient features to manage project management tasks in one platform. They always have some new things rolling out keeping in mind their customer requirements and try to keep their customer super happy and satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com it is very easy to assign tasks, track work progress, and review the performance of each team member. It makes projects and remote work easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to communicate with coworkers and the ability to track your to do
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be annoying to use when you have bad connection to internet. Also, they need to improve their mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all my to do organized and connected to my Google calendar. This help me on keeping track everyday
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tools for team work and work management. You will not regret

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create multiple columns to suit my needs. To assign custom statuses and colors. Board Automations to setup custom notifications. Millions of little features that make it a good enough project management and bug tracking tool for small to medium size companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think because of the speed at which Monday releases new features there are some bugs that exist. Some of those bugs may not get fixed probably because it's low-priority compared to other high-priority tasks on their plate. Most of them have workarounds though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as a Project Management and Bug Tracking tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I set up a Monday.com account for our team. We previously used Trello but we were unable to track who was working on which task, what the priorities were and if someone was working on the task or was stuck.

Monday.com is super easy to use and helps you track all your projects. You could customize everything to your business needs.

Favorite part is the customer service. I've contacted them multiple times to ask for help with how to set up a board, permissions and how the plan works. They always go above and beyond. They listen to feedback and I've seen requested features been implemented into the platform within a few months!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have unlimited guests on our boards or have private boards. We could upgrade our plan but would expect it's standard in the standard plan. Overall not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. We now know what everyone is working on and can share knowledge. It's so satisfying to see work get done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask the customer service team any questions. They have helped me out with the simplest questions like "I have this project, how would you structure the board?"

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it is so easy to use - and is incredibly flexible. We use Monday throughout our business - and have removed another systems that were clunky and expensive.

Having everything in the one system just makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced any really - just wish we'd started using it earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Sales Team we use Monday to manage our Pipeline and track activity of our BD's. Adding automations to the board has reduced double handling and allows us to focus on value adding activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a play with the system and think outside the box. We love being able to create columns that make sense to our sales process - rather than having to use a highly prescriptive sales crm.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with a larger team and invite clients to boards has been great. Stakeholder management is essential in our industry and we can now track a client from initial contact through to proposal stage to onboarding and full project management. Integrations with gmail also assist with automation of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike really. The platform is continually growing and the only thing I would like to see is comments being able to be moved from items when items are moved between boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stakeholder management is massive for us. Now we have built our automations of board creations and dashboards for clients we can manage expectations and being fully transparent to clients with their project progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a solution that will allow you to grow and have flexibility in your project management then monday.com is right for you

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, has a good UI, and nice design. I like the easy visualization of my work.

There's some confusion about filtering and Dashboard access

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating and moving tasks around within a board. Dragging is so easy. Updating by dragging media files is also great. Addition to the colours was much appreciated - always wanting more colours for things! (especially labels!)

Love the sub task addition, but we don't use it right now because tasks cannot move across boards that way (all of our tasks at some time will change boards)

Also - love the customer service from the team!

What do you dislike about the product?
- Difficult to move tasks across boards - we frequently use 3 boards, but no matter how many times I use them, I need to scroll or search to find them and move the task to appropriate group. Need "frequently used boards" or "favourite boards" to show up first. It would also be good if you could choose to move a task to the same place the last task was moved (board & group)
Another HUGE thing with moving tasks across boards: We have our Monday.com set up so that all columns are the same so that no information is lost. This means every time I change a column (e.g. add a label in a "label column") I need to do that for ALL OF OUR BOARDS. It would be awesome if you could "apply this change to all boards". In general, there is some work to be done here - maybe there needs to be a master board that just has the framework of all other boards and you can make changes there that are applied to all? Not sure, but given the warning messages you already provide about columns missing when moving tasks, it seems you're aware of this issue.

-I also don't like how you changed "collapse all groups" to be under the "group menu". Its confusing everytime!

-Finally another great addition would be ability to duplicate a board with same integrations, teams etc.
