What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Great no coding feature, Good for manual testing
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the experience is good, and as of now, The best part is the Effortless Multichannel Workflow Automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quick to learn, features a low-code interface, delivers fast execution, and requires minimal maintenance and Unified approach for Test Design through Change Management for Accelerated Quality.

Flexible and efficient, easy to use and test any of the application.

Waiting for the AI feature, apart from that its a good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very satisfactory. implementation time got reduced. Maintenance got reduced. new resources dont need any prerequisites or any prior knowledge

As it has no-code features it is very convenient for tech and non-tech users and it supports testing through SDLC.

I haven't came across any experience which leads me to dislike of ACCELQ

ACCELQ is very user-friendly software and I must recommend to the QA's.
This tool saves so much effort and time.
The most import thing is that it is a codeless tool and they are also using new technology. They implemented AI in theri tool which is very useful.
Customer support is very well and polite.

Desktop automation is a bit slow. Once it will improve it will be more useful to the user.

In other tools, our complex business requirements could not be resolved. However, in ACCELQ, these challenges are addressed with ease, making it an incredibly helpful and impactful solution for us.
