What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert is a cutting edge product backed by a passionate, knowledgeable team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate contacts continues to be an uphill battle. Deduping needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total Expert empowers our sals team to automate communications and design their CRM to work for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Journey building is fantastic. There are capabilities that are limited only by imagination and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, support is more limited than ideal but far better than other platforms.

The sms opt in configuration is coming along nicely

Would like to have contact fields made with drop down feature. Give users the ability to select existing contacts to be populated into fields such as “referred by”

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we have every option to maintain relationships with our client base, customers, and track performance from our LO’s themselves in their journey to closing loans. As someone who is very new to the mortgage/finance industry, I am so impressed that something like TE exists because it really is a treasure chest full of everything you want and need.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who is new to Total Expert and having worked alongside some “experts”, I’ve heard concerns about tackling some training issues that they’re not aware of until an LO says, “how do I do this?” And the experts themselves don’t know what to do. I think it would be great if TE had some training modules!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total expert is a great partner and is more than just a CRM, Features like CI give us actionable ways to utilize customer data and turn that into more loans closed.

Certain aspects of LO activity reporting as well as reporting for teams or management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total Expert helps reach both first-time and existing customers by providing real-time solutions, as well as sales tools for loan officers. Its data-driven insights allow loan officers to prioritize the most valuable actions, ultimately leading to greater success.
Outstanding Service and Continuous Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the constant drive for improvement and the customer service availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t love the email signature block design features, loan information is not readily available on the contact label, no date specific email sends in a journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are building an iframe for price my loan supposedly fo their integration patch issue.

I like the ability to visual see the path a client would take on a journey

That tasks and groups are not able to be seen by users that a contact has been shared with.

What contacts in my database are where and on what journey.

Ease of Use and Implementation and frequency of use and number of features and ease of integration!

Solid CRM product
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM is wonderful! He's super helpful and always a pleasure to work with.

Some aspects of the platform aren't the most user friendly. And it isn't super customizable - it would be great if we could change the Daily Digest email and content on lead capture apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our users are not comfortable with technology or have time to manage it - TE allows us to manage on their behalf and create automations so they don't have to worry about anything.
