    I like how easily Total Expert centralizes customer information and it is a single platform where we integrate all date from marketing and sales.
    The tool automates all our marketing campaigns and we get actionable insights which makes it easy to personalize customer journey and better experience.
    The tool has made it possible to promote growth, customer loyalty and more revenue for our business.
    I like the way it transform and streamlines our marketing by ensuring we customize campaigns to meet specific segment of customers.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Total Expert is the real deal and never fails. It has moved our marketing to new levels and we've better customer experiences.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It comes with amazing marketing and market campaign automation features. In addition we have used it to better customer experiences thanks to the amazing CRM features it offers.

    With Total Expert, we have been able to enhance customer journey and better their experience.
    The tool unifies data and handle our marketing, sales, and handles our compliance needs for an amazing customer experience.
    In addition, the tool makes it easy to develop deeper and meaningful customer relationships which translates to loyalty - meaning good business.

    Well, Total Expert has quite delivered with minimal to no issues. It has met needs.

    We use it to better customer relationship and customer journey and the tool also handles some basic marketing needs. It has been a great tool.

    TotalExpert is a purposeful solution that govern all the financial and sales processes together, including compliance, CRM, customer intelligence and marketing automation
    The tool is designed in a way that it can stretch at 360 degree and give an overall view of customer experience and their financial situation
    The platform has established stable and sustainable marketing automation measures, something that has largely facilitated advertising and campaigns including the use or Emails and digital media
    The platform ensures there is significant templates that guides our financial services.
    We have been facilitated by TotaExpert in matters governance, and this involves audit trials and risk management
    The feedback we obtain from the app are robust enough to make customers happy and more productive
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The required onboarding process from TotalExpert is something consistently demanding and this happens to the more regulated industries
    The app has recorded weaker reporting capabilities, which demands some advanced analytics and attribution
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The app has consistently supported sales in a larger range, bringing up all the marketing and compliance measures together to make operational decisions effective
    The ability to engage customers in a close range orb proximity is also a systemic part that makes it easy to delivery personalized engagement and support
    The regulatory compliance in matters marketing and governance is a paramount part that Total Expert has consistently emphasized

    What do you like best about the product?
    I am truly impressed with Total Expert as it serves as an incredible hub, not only functioning effectively as a CRM for our mortgage company but also as a powerful data center and automation tool. I am particularly fond of the passion within the Total Expert organization. Interacting with various team members within their various divisions has consistently shown me that everyone is extremely driven and dedicated not only to their direct clients but also to their clients' clients, specifically the borrowers in the mortgage industry. This commitment is reassuring and inspiring. Additionally, Total Expert's integration capabilities are commendable; I use them effectively with Optimal Blue and Encompass, among others. The ability to seamlessly incorporate these tools enhances my workflows significantly. The initial setup of Total Expert was pretty easy, thanks to the excellent support provided by our customer service manager and the startup team. This ease of implementation and the ongoing support make it a standout choice for our needs in print marketing, email marketing, and customer journeys.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would love to see some enhancements in Total Expert, particularly some upgrades and additions that are currently in development. These include the AI sales assistant, customer intelligence insights, and the upcoming data hub. This data hub would allow us to configure and create our own unique reports using AI within the system and that is something we desperately need to leverage our analytics and subsequent workflows. I’m also interested in more plug-and-play and WYSIWYG options within the platform, like creating customized rate quote flyers in house, instead of utilizing the content team. Plus, these would offer ease of use in email building as well as the lead capture apps/lead magnet capabilities
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Total Expert as hub, effectively serving as a CRM, data center, and automation tool for print and email marketing, enhancing our mortgage business operations.
