Overall Great System
What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is very intuitive for the end user and the team at Total Expert is extremely helpful, knowledgable, and flexible to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose something, the CRM features could be more robust. Sometimes it's hard to get that portion of the product to do exactly what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total Expert is our complete solution for marketing assets, including flyers, postcards, emails, business cards, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert has an extremely user-friendly interface, the best I have seen out there! Very easy to navigate and create marketing collateral. The TE team is always willing to take suggestions on improvements and does their best to implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media tool could use some improvements, however it is headed in the right direction! Better reporting on the email library and social library from an admin level is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an extensive marketing library that is easy to use helps us in the Marketing Department not have to create thousands of custom pieces.
Total Expert is a great CRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to navigate and simple to use which is key for LOs. The Customer support that we receive is second to none. Our Customer Success Managers have always gotten us quick responses and consistently see things through to conclusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping up with all of the enhancements can be challenging at times, yet they are creating integration after integration which ultimately benefits the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been great with the ability to phase into LO accounts and troubleshoot problems for them is a huge advantage. Being able to see exactly what they see allows the admin level to support them in a more efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
DRIP Campaign being available for use. Mostly for mortgage but quite usable for real estate
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly for real estate agents.

Drip campaign to stay in touch with clients
