One aspect that distinguishes Total Expert is that it is a perfect tool to help companies humanize customer relationships. With this platform, it is very easy to implement marketing strategies according to the needs required to ensure the success of users. The platform provides a large amount of resources that are perfect for managing the brand at an enterprise level, obtaining greater supervision, ensuring compliance with audits, which provides a clear vision for better decision making.
The service stands out for being web-based, it has very useful functions that allow from managing calendars, contacts, listings, websites, commissions, advertising emails among others. Its usability is very simple, since the interface has a very simple structure that allows users to work at all times with great agility to achieve their goals.

Your ability to make customization's can become quite limiting, as the software has very few customization options. This is really an aspect that I would like developers to take into account when executing improvements to Total Expert. One disadvantage of this service is that it is currently very difficult to obtain support support, as it is a rather slow running computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Total Expert is a modern enterprise level marketing software that offers very important and really effective functions such as calendar management, commission management, website management and advertising mail, offers a very complete free version that allows the user to have a first experience with the operation of the application, includes excellent technical support during business hours, offers other alternative products such as RIO Genesis Office and Back Office GURU finally has a large storage space to handle really large databases

Total Expert is a complex software and the learning curve is extremely high, the mobile applications still require a little more work to be really useful, cost of the plans offered by Total Expert are very expensive what can be a barrier for smaller organizations to decide to buy this software finally is not a useful tool to manage documents and manage leadership

Total Expert has provided us with many facilities and has allowed us to solve many problems such as commission management, calendars and advertising mailings, it has been of great help to create really innovative and effective marketing content through our customer database, it has also given us the opportunity to manage potential customers and increase our sales opportunities, we have acquired a lot of knowledge thanks to Total Expert and we have further improved all our services by meeting all the needs of our customers

This software is a perfect solution for real estate, banking and credit organizations because it offers very powerful tools to manage all the financial part and at the same time manage all your marketing campaigns of your organization in one place this is one of the main reasons why I would recommend this program, I do not recommend this application for small businesses because it is a very expensive software

A negative aspect is the manual management of contacts, which must be entered into the platform one by one and eliminate if there are duplicates, which could be much easier and therefore would be more motivating, even we ignore this feature and continue to use it without any inconvenience to satisfy us of its powerful tools that provide a better business flow

There is no need to worry about product’s tracking and tagging in the market when Total Expert is there to hold these things. It’s not a fantastic software to mark the product price by comparing it with other brands but also provide a good client pivot to develop a business. All newbies can use this application without any hassle as this is the best application to store and save the data. Data is also protected with a codification and that should hold hidden.

Naught is as comfortable starting as this big storage box, but there might be more or less difficulty in sharing data initially, there must be some fast keys to cause an access so transfer rate would be more honest than in front. Again up gradation is a good way to promote this application for companies.

A highly compatible software with good master skills, but there might be some issues with its speed. If storage is large then one has to wait for some time to get the desired file.

My favorite part of it is how we split it with a lender. We learn that by using a lender we can have access to all of the marketing materials for free.
