Zscaler is an helpful tool. It safeguards our organizations applications. Frequently updates its software. Its an asset for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Zscalers blocking of websites and applications is frustrating particularly when they pose no harm. This restriction impede productivity and limit access to resources that are useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Cloud Security Platform is providing threat protection and secure internet access. It is eliminating the need for, on premises security appliances.

No constant logins, stays running once activated and handles all internet traffic preventing unwanted sites on network.

Previous systems had been problimatic as they had blocked our proprietry applications and caused issues for our customers.

The pricing is decent, but it is not that low. If we need any extra features, the price will increase.

People wanting to use the solution must not rely much on predefined dictionaries. I would recommend the product to others. Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.

I have worked on ZIA, ZPA products in zsclaer, they work seamlessly, also provides complet security.

Nothing much to dislike the product in my 4 years of zscaler

When users need to connect application while working from home or anywhere securitly this has resolved with zpa solution.

Zscaler saves my office applications from attacks
What do you like best about the product?
Best part about Zscaler is that its easy to use. Once logged in, you have an option to keep yourself logged on and protect all information from attacks. It also supports SSO. Im also not allowed to use the web unless I log onto Zscaler which gives added protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, theres nothing that I dislike about this product. It supports everything from my organization and team perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage internet traffic according to the oroganization policies. I belong to the banking industry and information is very sensitive. It adds a layer of security and also protects out files from external threats. Data remains inside and logs can be monitored easily.
Great software to block unwanted access to external websites.

It works perfect with the internet prowsing access. Also you dont need to activate it , it starts when you login to windows

Apis are little bit clumsy while using company proxy networks.
