What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The users have the company assets with them while in the company network, the firewall has the internet securities implemented but when the user uses the public internet or the home network their devices can be vulnerable when malicious URLs are accessed unknowingly, and Zsclaer fixes this issues by providing internet security.
Every user in the orgamization don't required everthing available in the Internet so for providing user based access/restriction Zscaler is helpful

Zscaler the perfect secure web gateway for Internet
What do you like best about the product?
To use a secure corporate VPN, zscaler seems to be the perfect option as it provides different specific region wise gateways to connect to a particular IP range for team to access development env in secure gateway
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is connected to zscaler internet access the bandwidth seems to be slowed down for some of the particular web apps and sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the team to bind down to a secure ip range for our development environment to collaborate without opening open-to-all ip range, zscaler provides that ip sandbox with secure web gateway feature to our local firewalls

Our office has hybrid working environment with corporate employees working out of office, we use zscaler as our firewall for our hosted solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there is some performance issues.

It's user friendly interface and efficient management of internet traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
the best of the zscaler is that we have to login once in a week, we dont need to refresh or reconnect in case of network issues. It automatically connect and analysis the problem.

The remember password of zscaler never work for me, I am not sure its my profile problem or problem with the application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically for the remote employee on coperate, they don't need to care about the VPN connection to the coperate network and internet access which help us to access the seamless application on the coperate network

I love its ability to allow my team to focus on the tasks at hand and avoid distractions as working remote becomes a permanenet fixture. Implementation and integration was seamless and as a user I get peace of mind.

Zscaler Internet Access is a great tool to protect inbound and outbound endpoint traffic. Malware rates have plummetted and the network is more secure when ZIA and client connector are installed to user's machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zscaler Internet Access is a complex structured product, with many features hidden behind various subscription paywalls. To get all the features your company needs, you may be paying for features it doesn't as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Internet Access allows us to control exactly what ports and protocols our end users are able to send/receive traffic from. The network is much more secure when we create these policies.
