Great experience using SysCloud
What do you like best about the product?
SysCloud gives us real peace of mind by automatically backing up all our data in Google Workspace. The interface is simple and setup was fast, so I won't have to worry about losing files or meeting compliance requirements. Knowing that even deleted documents can be restored quickly is a huge relief.

What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk section could be streamlined a little more. But after some digging, I found the answers I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to back up our Google Workspace in order to obtain liability insurance.

What do you like best about the product?
SysCloud has completely transformed how our school handles data security. It automatically backs up everything in our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, and the user-friendly interface makes restoring data a breeze, even for non-technical staff. The added compliance features for FERPA and CIPA give us peace of mind knowing our students' data is protected. If you're looking for a reliable, comprehensive solution that just works, SysCloud is a top choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology behind the DLP should be more proactive rather than reactive.

Help us back up our Google Workspace cloud storage platform, focusing on user data.
Syscloud for Backup for School
What do you like best about the product?
We love using SysCloud as our backup server for our Google data. Its come in handy when users can't find a document. The peace of mind knowing our information is backed up on a account that is not on my personal server is unmatched and its user interface is simple and easy to use. Highly recommend for any school district!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works well. If there was one thing I did not like it would be time to restore.

Helping backup or Google platform.
Great Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Syscloud is easy to use and provides a backup to Google Classroom which is a gap in Google admin console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exports are occasionally slow; however, Syscloud support has been amazing at providing assistance when issues arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a full backup of our Google Workspace environment including Google Classroom. It really helps with staff off-boarding and on-boarding when shared files are not transferred correctly.
Syscloud - A rock solid cloud backup solution.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to implement and use, and it juist does what it's suposed to do. The restores have always worked well when needed. We use the Google Workspace part and it's very granular and great integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. It just sits there and works. When you do need it. it just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the SAS Backup of Google Workspace. Easy to do restores when needed. Simple setup and it just works.
Ditch Backupify for SysCloud!
What do you like best about the product?
Recently moved over to SysCloud from Backupify (Datto) - the interface is so easy to use - I was up and running in just a few minutes - very easy to find and restore files, look at backup history, etc - and I've got my whole domain backing up for about the same price I paid for just 25 users with Backupify! It is a superior service to Backupify in every way. Customer support is fantastic, and it was so easy to integrate with our G Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had known about it sooner, learned about it on a listserv where people were complaining about Backupify and someone had discovered SysCloud and recommended it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redundant backups of all of our cloud data!
Great product for archived material
What do you like best about the product?
Syscloud is easy to use. A few months ago I had to retrieve a video from a google drive. The owner of the drive was no longer with the district. The file I needed was from 2021. I used syscloud and found the video file I needed and we were able to use it in an upcoming court case. Without Syscloud I would not have been able to get the file. Thanks Syscloud!
What do you dislike about the product?
The retrieval of items a few years old can take 24 hours or so...but honestly that is better than not being able to retireve the file at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syscloud solves the issue of retrieval of information that has been removed from the Google Drive accounts of users. If a user deletes a file it is in google drive for 30 days, but it will remain in a syslcould backup. I am looking forward to the new features beinng offered that increases the Cyber Secuirty posture of our google backups.

SysCloud has been a headache reliever and great digital safety net. Working in a multilingual business IT doesn't always get clear communication of what to transfer or save when processing a termination or migration. With SysCloud we can safely keep all information and documents without running a security risk or stagnant accounts.
Set up was a breeze. Their support team guided the entire process and was able to sove any issues that arose during deployment. SysCloud's layout and archetecture keeps things familiar and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a purge administrator to remove archives that are no longer needed without involving their support. However, their support is good and flexible so it is not a neccessity.

SysCloud Backup for K-12
What do you like best about the product?
SysCloud is a cloud-based backup solution that is extremely easyto set up and use. We're currently using it to help backup our M365 environment and the ability to export/restore anything from a single file to an entire account is amazing. Support is quick and helpful, I have no complaints and our rep Brandon is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind, so far everything has worked great and as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Additional backup for our M365 users, it backs up Outlook, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive.
Amazing Backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
SImple, easy to use and informative dashboard.

Can sometimes be slow but overall its a reliable product.

Able to backup entire Google OU's as well as individual serivce accounts that are important.
