Managing Backup with SysCloud With intuitive dashboard, administrators gain real-time visibility into backup, restore, and export operations. A 30-day backup health indicator and 90-day history of restores/exports highlight trends and anomalies at the domain, application, or user level. Drill into individual tasks to view metrics such as success rates, data volumes, and API error resolutions and resolve issues via guided workflows. Granular, point-in-time restores enable recovery of individual files, emails, or entire accounts affected by accidental deletion, corruption, or malware. Cross-user restore lets you reassign ownership: restore a departed employee data into a new or existing user while preserving original permissions and folder structures. Smart navigation helps you jump from any domain, application, or user directly to its archive or dashboard.
