    Managing Backup with SysCloud With intuitive dashboard, administrators gain real-time visibility into backup, restore, and export operations. A 30-day backup health indicator and 90-day history of restores/exports highlight trends and anomalies at the domain, application, or user level. Drill into individual tasks to view metrics such as success rates, data volumes, and API error resolutions and resolve issues via guided workflows. Granular, point-in-time restores enable recovery of individual files, emails, or entire accounts affected by accidental deletion, corruption, or malware. Cross-user restore lets you reassign ownership: restore a departed employee data into a new or existing user while preserving original permissions and folder structures. Smart navigation helps you jump from any domain, application, or user directly to its archive or dashboard.

    What do you like best about the product?
    SysCloud gives us real peace of mind by automatically backing up all our data in Google Workspace. The interface is simple and setup was fast, so I won't have to worry about losing files or meeting compliance requirements. Knowing that even deleted documents can be restored quickly is a huge relief.

    The customer support team has been very responsive to questions I had.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The help desk section could be streamlined a little more. But after some digging, I found the answers I needed.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We needed a solution to back up our Google Workspace in order to obtain liability insurance.

It automatically backs up everything in our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, and the user-friendly interface makes restoring data a breeze, even for non-technical staff. The added compliance features for FERPA and CIPA give us peace of mind knowing our students' data is protected. If you're looking for a reliable, comprehensive solution that just works, SysCloud is a top choice.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We love using SysCloud as our backup server for our Google data. Its come in handy when users can't find a document. The peace of mind knowing our information is backed up on a account that is not on my personal server is unmatched and its user interface is simple and easy to use. Highly recommend for any school district!

    Nothing. It works well. If there was one thing I did not like it would be time to restore.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Syscloud is easy to use and provides a backup to Google Classroom which is a gap in Google admin console.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Exports are occasionally slow; however, Syscloud support has been amazing at providing assistance when issues arise.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Provides a full backup of our Google Workspace environment including Google Classroom. It really helps with staff off-boarding and on-boarding when shared files are not transferred correctly.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is very easy to implement and use, and it juist does what it's suposed to do. The restores have always worked well when needed. We use the Google Workspace part and it's very granular and great integration.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Really nothing. It just sits there and works. When you do need it. it just works.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It solves the SAS Backup of Google Workspace. Easy to do restores when needed. Simple setup and it just works.
