What do you like best about the product?
That it has complexity and flexibility, I can use it for a wide range of processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is can be very slow sometimes and that can be inefficient. Especially in the excel views.

We can collect data from different sources and analyze it together in one platform.
Budget, Forecast process and monthly reporting in Jedox
What do you like best about the product?
There is always a solution for each process that we wanna establish in Jedox (budget process, monthly reporting)

Sometimes the response time is long. It's not so easy to learn how to create rules, import data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We changed the budget, forecast process from excel to Jedox --> the change on of the component of the Budget now it takes max 15 min, in excel we worked almost two days for the same result...
We changed the monthly excel management reports to Jedox --> one database, historical data available fast, nice diagrams, report are automatized, many filtering possibilities.
We linked BI with jedox --> more and more reports available for not just BI users, reporst are automatized

What do you like best about the product?
I like the adaptability of Jedox and make evolution more easily with ETL and report our environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Jedox doesn't have a limit it's a strength, but it's a weakness also because we can make an error important without alerts about Jedox

We make our financial budget processus and other tasks reccurent for all of etablissments with the same reports.
We don't need to update xx Excel files and save a lot of time and secure our process.

Jedox is a tool that saves time and benefits from securing your process. Jedox is a tool that saves time and benefits from securing your process. But it's essential that you fully understand your goal and strategy before you start otherwise you risk wasting time doing and undoing.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very flexible system which works online and in Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
We consistently had issues with our load times because of some internal security protocols but it made it frustrating at times. Also, limited ability to have a connect with ppt or other forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial Planning, Headcount planning, scenario/budget planning. Accurate time reporting and information. Very flexible system with dynamic connections. This tool added a lot of efficiency to our financial reporting process and eliminated manual work issues.

Integrator Visual Flow Graph - you can easily look at all the sources needed for load or job

- opening reports takes some time
- there is no search option by key words within Integrator module (sometimes you would like to know if a connection to specified file already exists in any project)

What do you like best about the product?
GUI packs lots of useful functionality, is well organized and intuitive, which makes for an excellent end user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent changes to the Licencing model make Jedox less price competitive, but it still represents good value for money

Service Line Reporting using the Profit center model, which has improved the frequency of reporting from quarterly to monthly.

I have noticed a few bugs, especially with the report builder
For ad-hoc analysis, the speed and maneuverability of a Tabular Model through a Pivot Table is still the best, and I wish the JEDOX excel add-in were as easy to use
