Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this platform as a contract based on named user counts. Three packages set the included user quantity: Essential covers 3 users, Business covers 5 users, and Professional covers 10 users. The packages build on each other in scope. Essential suits small, focused departmental use. Business adds more user types and options such as system connectors and support upgrades. Professional includes the Business scope plus enterprise-level add-ons like extra security features and cloud onboarding services. Pricing scales with the number of users and the breadth of features you need, so pick the package that matches your team size.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across these packages?
A user is a named person given a login to the platform. Each package includes a set number of named users: 3, 5, or 10. The Business and Professional packages support different user types, such as Full Users, Planners, and Viewers, each with different access rights and functions.
What happens if my team grows beyond the included user count?
You can add user capacity through add-ons rather than being forced into a different package automatically. The Business and Professional packages support adding more Full Users, Planners, and Viewers, plus performance upgrades. Adding users increases your contract cost. Contact the vendor to size the right combination for your team.
What features differ between the three packages beyond user count?
Essential covers small departmental planning and reporting. Business adds more user types and optional connectors to source systems, sandbox systems, and support upgrades. Professional includes all Business features plus enterprise add-ons such as a test system, extra security features, cloud onboarding services, and the AI-assisted planning and forecasting model.

Powerful Data Relationships and Budgeting Flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jedox is that you can create relationships between different data using formulas. Importantly, utility budgets can be entered as quantities and then multiplied by prices. I really liked that it was possible to add a rule to the budget lines for subsequent years that they will increase by the consumer price index.
What do you dislike about the product?
What bothers me about Jedox is that some of the forms created by the developers for our company take a long time to open and so far show the error message VALUE in all the cells. We also had a strange copying problem: if you wanted to copy 12 months of data, but only 9 months were visible on the screen, then only 9 months of data were copied to Jedox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Jedox solves the problem that as an airport, a large part of our revenue budget comes from the aviation forecast for the coming years, and this forecast may be changed during the budget preparation process - previously, we had to make changes in various Excel files, but in Jedox, all the information is in one program and when aviation data is updated, all revenue budgets - that are already related to aviation - change. Another important problem that Jedox helps solve is that it is easy to create new versions of a single budget. It is also easy to create mid-year and year-end financial forecasts: there are versions for this: forecast 2+10, forecast 3+9, etc.

Powerful Budgeting Tool with a Learning Curve
Reviewed on Nov 27, 2025
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Jedox for its capability to effectively eliminate manual errors, which is crucial in maintaining accuracy in my budgeting tasks. I particularly like how the cubes in Jedox work together seamlessly; if linked correctly, changes made in one place are correctly reflected everywhere, ensuring consistency and reliability of data across various sections. Additionally, I find it beneficial that Jedox integrates well with our existing databases to automatically pick up data, which enhances the workflow and data accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Jedox does not allow the use of repeated names across different countries. This limitation forces me to rename products differently even when they are the same, which complicates the organization process. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Jedox challenging because it required learning an entirely new system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jedox for budgeting, which helps eliminate manual errors. By linking cubes correctly, any changes update accurately, enhancing data integrity across systems.
