What do you like best about the product?
quick ad-hoc queries, distribution of reports to recipients via web browser, without them needing to have any knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult and complex rights assignment when multiple people are allowed to see the same reports but different sub-areas

Creating controlling reports with a focus on cost center (KST) and cost unit (KTR) accounting, including planning

User access with a team colleague. At the moment, it is not possible but i dont kown what`s the problem

sometimes software crashes, the export in excel contains unnecessary columns for user

The splashing function helps us the most to do our planning.
That we can endow reports with different permissions.
The fact that we can run automated processes makes the planning process much easier for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are very happy with Jedox and our support at the moment. We have no big points of criticism, as all the reports we have are running very well. But, if there is one thing that could be criticised, it would be the management of access rights. This is functional, but not very easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can answer queries from department heads more quickly and graphically using ad hoc evaluations in Excel, as we have an interface to our accounting software.

Unsolved bugs - tickets are open (ATVISIO)
requires additional consultancy for updating versions in short terms (high costs)
Browser based technology appears fragile copared with an app/tool like QlikView - drilling up dimensions often fails
