Jedox is a user friendly BI tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand the system because of the similarity between MS Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have complain about only one thing which is the interface have so many bugs.

Because of the dynamic reports, Jedox helps the users to access almost anything they want.
Use of Jedox Budgeting and Financial Reporting Program
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for work to be done quickly in accordance with our processes. The ability for the required reports to be generated quickly. Ease of integration with other systems. Ease of use and application of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commas are used as thousand separators in amounts. It would be more appropriate for this separator to be a period. For example, like 1,000,000.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it in our budgeting and financial reporting processes.

Very User friendly & helps to make the Analyses faster.

Direct Excel copy & direct Jedox copy within the sheet for row / column of cells are not Available.

Make Several Analyses & trends for given series of periods are possible without accessing many files.

What do you like best about the product?
Jedox helps us extensively in the Budgets preparation, Budgets vs Actuals, Variance Analysis. Also liked by the end users and are interested to use the same. Though the shift from Excel to Jedox for others are difficult, after using the same & the controls it has motivated the end users
What do you dislike about the product?
Comments against each cell could be created which could help the enduser to understand, What to Keyin. This could be added & improved.

Jedox helps us to reduce the time on preparation on the reports and focus mostly on the analysis.

- Sometimes Performance issues occur when many users use paste view functionality (e.g., extend many rows)

Fast reporting, fast budget planning processes and multiple variations of the budget in a short time
An Excel close planning and reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to connect to almost every source system. The proximity to Excel allows a rapid lerning curve in building reports. The Integrator is easy to understand for database developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is now only available as a cloud software. For smaller license volume for a lot customers it is too expensive. The performance limit is reached easily and if support is needed it is common ending within a email ping pong with switching support engineers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to merge data from diffrent areas to get a better view of a companys data to use it a base for planning and forecasting. It combines a data integration tool, a database and a reporting/dashboparding tool in one software.

What do you like best about the product?
The comments section of inputting and having these flow through the different versions is great. We are still in early stages of implementing, but the system appears to have the functionality we desired.

Nothing comes to mind yet but as stated we are still in the early stages
