Jedox is a great platform to satisfy ever-changing performance management activities
What do you like best about the product?
Jedox is very user-friendly and minimizes the dependency on IT resources. The implementation is straight-forward and usage is very intuitive for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I believe Jedox is lacking is the availability of training\documentation on advanced report design concepts. Their training courses have come a long way and their knowledge base is fairly robust; however, there are no manuals and there have been many times that a knowledge base search comes back empty or the article returned isn't detailed enough for an advanced design concept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are satisfying the traditional plan vs forecast type of financial analysis. We are close to releasing a model that will allow our business partners to more accurately forecast tech labor expense so that our workforce is right-fitted to our business volume.

The problem is the user cannot use single sign-on on jedox

The filter function of the report is good.

Jedox financial statement mapping set up do not have a consistent way for user to use it.

Statutory Reporting. It helps to clear my statutory audit yearly.

The user friendliness is pretty important i.e the mapping set up consistency for each report especially you have multiple reports to handle.

Very helpful is the similarity to Excel. Therfore it is easy to use and often self-explanatory.
In addition the support is excellent. For this reason complex issues could be solved easily and quickly.

The software often works very slowly.

Corporate planning and reporting could be improved.
Above all the reporting and planning processes could be reduced and conduct with less mistakes.
In addition the reports can be provided for the management quicker and more aimed by the controlling department.
