Top BI Software
What do you like best about the product?
Jedox is easy use. Not only for Admins and in building reports but also for the User. It helps to bring together all relevant data in an easy way. Even with not-so-high IT Knowledge, it's possible to create great content.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your business cases are getting more complex, the Jedox Charts are hard to use. You need to find a workaround to create what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have big Excel Templates anymore. Jedox is the only truth (SPOT). Furthermore, self-service is very high and many things came up, just because we could analyze data so fast and detailed.

The Jedox Suite is a complete BI Tool. Starting with the stunning and userfriendly Integrator for fast and simple ETL Processes and completing with the various Frontends for different devices

I'm completely fine with the Jedox Suite. There are no Features are dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my projects I haven`t faced problems that were unsolvable. And if there were small problems the Jedox support assisted in short time with useful solutions.

It is very good to have it during the Company Budgeting and Forecast process and also very good to create reports.
The best tool for planning I have ever had. I have been working in Controlling for 15 years.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to handle with the controller. You don't need IT colleagues for every step. You can connect different systems and also download sheets in Excel, CSV, etc. For ad hoc reports, the Excel add-in is very comfortable.

On-premise is challenging to be up to date with an update every quarter. On cloud, it seems to be easier.

We solved many problems starting with planning, also reporting. Now we even use AI.
