A useful solution
What do you like best about the product?
That I can look for any data in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is slow sometimes, when I update an excel view, and also when I check the drilltrough data.

We can react quickly when an urgent management request comes in to report something.

Great inbuilt functions for planning. Easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Big data models could slow down. Sometimes there are some bug which makes the work harder. Jedox support often ask too many questions, and it takes weeks to resolve an issue. In my opinion they should try to reproduce the issue, instead of asking everything one by one.

Project planning. We streamlined the planning process from 3 months to 15-17 days.

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing that you can add all sorts of data sources and use Jedox to cross-analyze that data. On top of that, building flexible reports saves a lot of time every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without an in-house developer or a Jedox consultant, it is difficult to make progress on bigger projects. Also, I wish the Excel Add-on would be available for Macs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time is the biggest benefit we have realized. By building flexible reports, we have reduced the time we spent on monthly and quarterly reportings by about 70%. Next step will be moving our budgeting and forecasting to Jedox.

Performance in general and especially with reports - it sometimes takes a long time to open a report. Sometimes difficult to create reports and dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
You´re able to manage huge collections of numbers in an easy way for planning and reporting. You can import different datasources to involve many pre-systems in the etl-tool and I always found a possibility to transform these datas in a way / format to combine datas in a usefull way. In the designer-module you can create formulars in a typical Excel-design, so you recycle all your existing know-how for new solutions. Dynaranges allow to create very dynamical datasets to show your datas easily, while you format these datastructures in the way you want.
When I started with Jedox some years ago there was no solid way to create rules, today you can create rules in many situations across your whole informationcubes and that´s a boost for your datamodels, especialy when you route your colleages through your forms. I didn´t expect to many improvments through the years, but I was surprised so long and I´m excited to get the new release.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nearly nothing. Sometimes you have to wait one release to use new topics to avoid errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jedox to create our yearly budget and to review or realocate our goals. The process works bottom-up supported by a promptly reporting of actual informations. As a real estate we can´t use the typcial calculations like selling products, so we had to create calculations for our specific business, like deciding our investments. Another benefit is to collect different numbers to our esg-situation, where you can collect many heterogeneous informations year by year and you can organize and document the informations across the company.

A more detailed Knowledgebase / manual would be helpful
The creation of a "Search-Function" is quite difficult to create. There might be too many elements in a combo box, so the user should have an option to search for a customer, article etc.

We can now identify and correct failures in the data of the ERP System immediately.
Useful, easy-to-use solution for not just IT experts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with excel add-in I don' have to get rid of the already well-known platform, but it still became much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow, and I don't know the actual status.

Efficiency analysis, planning, forecasting, real-time usage by multiple employees.
Easy to use software, great for planning and reports

Great support to my planning and reporting work. Easy to use.

The report structure cannot be change, e.g.: I cannot add alias and name in separate coloumns, hard to filter on subgroups.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct connection to SAP, user-friendly interface, continuous development
What do you dislike about the product?
Stability issues: senseless error messages in integrator or even in simple reports. on the server-side Jedox consist of 4 services - MOLAP causes issues very often in our test system (not in productive system, though)

Integration of data from different systems, sources. Due to flexibility in planning we can reach relatively fast to new requests
