What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using Okta, as it makes logging in simple and easy. I enjoy the feature where I can just tap my fingerprint and not need a password.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did feel like needing to jump through quite a few hoops to initially get it set up, but no problems once it's set up. The initial setup when I started using it wasn't very easy, it seemed to take several steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta makes it easy and simple to log into a client's environment. I like the ease of using it, and I can just tap my fingerprint without needing a password.
Smooth SSO for secure signin
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of signing in , multiple methods to get verification codes - SMS/Push notification/call
App is not laggy at all , very fast, code can be entered without internet as well
I have to use it at least 10 time daily for SSO

Smooth Login Experience, But MFA Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
When everything is working as it should, Okta provides a pretty seamless login/security experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta's external MFA feature, through Okta Verify, is very clunky to implement and often gets stuck in a verify loop for our company. It is not an easy process to onboard new employees with this system.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate Okta for its ease of use when logging onto numerous websites needed for work using just one password. This not only simplifies my access but also enhances security by reducing the number of credentials I have to manage, making my workflow much more efficient. The simplicity and effectiveness of this single sign-on feature are invaluable in maintaining both productivity and security, particularly when dealing with websites containing protected health information (PHI). Additionally, the initial setup of Okta was very easy, which further emphasizes its user-friendliness. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with the service it provides, enough to rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 for recommendation to friends and colleagues.

I think Okta could allow faster processing sometimes.

I use Okta for secure authentication and single sign-on, enhancing both security and efficiency by protecting my information and allowing access to multiple websites with one password.

What do you like best about the product?
After implementing Okta, the biggest improvement we’ve noticed is how much smoother access has become across our applications. Single Sign-On means I don’t have to juggle multiple passwords, and the adaptive MFA adds security without slowing me down. It’s reassuring to know our data is better protected, but what I appreciate most is the convenience, fewer password resets and less time wasted logging in. There are occasional delays when using the mobile app, but overall the balance of usability and security has been a real win for our team
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta works well overall, but there are a few things that could be improved. The admin dashboard can feel cluttered, with too many settings spread across different menus, which makes it harder to find what you need quickly. The mobile MFA prompts sometimes take a little longer than expected, which can be frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Support documentation is detailed, but not always easy to navigate. None of these issues are deal‑breakers, but they do add small friction points to an otherwise solid platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta has solved one of our biggest headaches: managing multiple passwords. With Single Sign-On, I only need to remember one login, which means I don’t forget credentials or waste time resetting them. The added benefit is that our accounts are more secure thanks to MFA, but the real win for me is the convenience — I can get into all my apps quickly without juggling different passwords. It’s reduced frustration and saved a lot of time across the team

What I like least about Okta is minimal, as the platform runs smoothly throughout the day. Reauthentication typically occurs only once per shift, which has little to no impact on productivity. Overall, it’s a seamless and reliable access management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta provides a secure and centralized access management solution that simplifies authentication across multiple platforms. It enables seamless and secure logins to essential tools like Guru, Kustomer, UJET, and the LMS, eliminating the need for multiple passwords and reducing login-related downtime. This streamlined access improves operational efficiency, enhances security, and allows our teams to focus more on delivering excellent customer support rather than managing credentials.

The best thing about Okta is its balance between security and usability. It’s rare to find an identity platform that makes life easier for both end users and administrators. The intuitive dashboard, automation features, and integration ecosystem make it a cornerstone for modern identity management

While Okta is powerful, its pricing can be on the higher side for smaller organizations, and some UI areas could be more intuitive. However, the trade-off is solid reliability, security, and scalability — which makes it worth it for most enterprises.

Okta solves the problem of fragmented identity management. By providing a centralized, secure way to handle authentication and access control, it helps companies protect data, comply with regulations, and improve user productivity. The biggest benefit is trust — knowing the right people have access to the right resources at the right time.
