Gameffective review
What do you like best about the product?
This software has a very nice interface and it shows all the possibilities very quickly. The customer support is very intuitive which has helped us to learn thing more quickly like how we can customize our games to work more efficiently. This software runs very smoothly on my PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes very difficult to maintain between multiple admins when you need them for different-different purposes. Also they should add more gamification features in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Gameffective in my company for improvising the way of making games and they have always motivated us. Their motivation has really improved the efficiency of our company but as this wasn't having much features, I recently stopped using this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good software for managing the sales and also to keep your employees motivated, so it is recommended by my side.

nothing so far,harness the most advantage enterprise gamification platform in the industry,drive and sustain employee skills ,badges,challenges,game narrative.

Fun but needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It’s fun and motivates my sales team. I like that we can create our own challenges and competitions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to update and updates random KPIs at different times resulting in frustration from sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to motivate my sales team and put focus on core KPIs. As a result, our sales in key areas have seen drastic improvement.
Similar to Microsoft but better
What do you like best about the product?
Game effective is similar to the Microsoft Dynamics program, but better. I have not had a problem with the program. It runs smooth, runs fast and doesn't lag. All the tools are easy to get to and use. A beginner could use this software and they wouldn't have a problem with it. Of course like any good software there is a nice tutorial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't find a thing I dislike about this product. The price would be the only thing.

It has helped my employees feel computer smarty and to know what they are doing without asking a bunch of questions

What do you like best about the product?
The challenge session. Very intuitive and stimulating and the possibility to monitor results in a very quickly way. The user friendly interface and the learning session that allows users to be aware of new information in real time. Also the possibility to personalize avatar and nickname is very funny. The platform creates an healty competion between Agents, and as about the learning section, there is also the possibility to integrate it with Customer Learning Management System. It is a very Userful feature in order to saving time in content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibility to not import report with complicate calculation. Not so much flexibility in general features such as calculate kpi with files coming from different sources. But in general it is a very good instrument.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual report Creation with a lot of time effort saving. Moreover the Team leader and Supervisor work is more easy because of data immediatly available on respective dashboard. In attition it has a good impact also on Admin e Data Analyst work, such as from Engineering Side. In analytic section data are ready both as number and both as graphical way in order to monitor trend of preformances during the times /day, week, month, year)

I like the "funny" user friendly interface. From a business perspective, I enjoy also working with the colleagues of GameEffective: I found many professional with Amazing skills and expertise. High commitment on some customization my company business required.

Need of some specific staff effort to maintain the platform up-to-date and maximize the commitment. Anyway, some of this effort is easy to find internally (e.g. working differently)

Increase agents motivation, training and committment. We measured business KPIs increase, expecially on outbound sales initiatives

The team is incredibly supportive. Once they explain some of the activities it is a flawless experience and very intuitive platform to use.

Due to a time change between their head office in Israel and the east coast of North America there is some delay in responses. However their team in the United States makes up for it fairly quick.

The benefits are endless. Probably the best features is their analytics which allow you to see exactly what each participant does in the platform. The engagement is great as well
