Amazing tool to get insights from large amounts of data
What do you like best about the product?
I wish I could read all 8000 pieces of feedback / twitter posts / support tickets we get on a daily basis, but there's just no way. Luckily, with Enterpret I don't have to - I can build the taxonomy and automatically filter down to what I'm most interested in.
You can also set up subscriptions to automatically alert for topics of interest, AND get notified when it looks like things are "going viral" - whether that's good or bad. I personally wouldn't consider running a customer-facing tool without a tool like Enterpret.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with any cutting edge tool, there are definitely some rough edges. But the team is iterating lightning fast. Not only do I see improvements almost every time I log in, but the documentation is incredibly clear and helpful, and the team is incredibly responsive to questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret helps us filter insights from large collections of user feedback. I create dashboards and share highlights related to our core products, feature launches, and user feedback we didn't even know we needed to look out for. The Wisdom chatbot is also incredibly helpful for supporting desk research at the beginning of a project (e.g., "what are users asking us about _____") or for ad-hoc asks from stakeholders. My cross-functional partners have been VERY impressed with the findings and analysis by Enterpret.

Ease of using the dashboards to glean insights from user feedback from multiple data sources.

Doesn't yet support all the integrations that our company is looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get user feedback from multiple different sources and it is hard to get a read on the most important problems to be working on at any given time. Enterpret helps to collate all the user feedback and summarize key insights that inturn help us prioritize the main user pain points to focus on.

- Easy to use interface; for simple and complex queries alike
- Reliable; regularly reviewed, improved, and evaluated data -- also easy to work with them to get things added.
- Great team; always ready to hear us out, and give us updates on where feedback requests are. Connected on Slack, which is also very handy!

What do you dislike about the product?
- Works best for trends and data over longer periods of time -- can't reach for it for a real pulse on an emerging issue on day 0. Always getting better though!

Incorporating user feedback is an endless sort of puzzle -- Enterpret is like a trusted friend, who always helps you find that corner piece you've been trying to hunt down to no avail.

What do you like best about the product?
Enterpret is a fantastic tool for unpacking insights from some of our trickier sources like customer reviews and customer service chats. The tool is super flexible and continues to improve, plus the Enterpret team reacts quickly to our feedback and is constantly improving the product. Enterpret is miles ahead of our our previous tool, Chatdesk, and has truly allowed us to make use of these sources of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the categorizations aren't super accurate and there is some effort required to recategorize data correctly. The user experience is also not quite as sleek as it could be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret helps us unpack insights from our customer reviews and customer service chats, helping us both validate trends we're seeing from other data sources, as well as get more detail on points of friction or product issues that customers are running into. While these data sources can be tricky to use since theyre text based, Enterpret easily categorizes each piece of data, allowing us to easily quantify our qualitative data. This massively speeds up the rate at which we can pull insights out of qualitative data sources.

1. Would like to have ARR data (not just customer count data) which I know the team is working on

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issues of aggregating disparate sources of feedback (often tens of thousands per month) and distilling it into specific reasons, with trends, so we can see if our product fixes are reducing reasons.

Enterpret has unlocked feedback insights that weren't able to organize and easily analyse before. It has been great to see immediate feedback as a result of a certain change that was made (intentionally or not intentionally).
We have used insights from Enterpret to update courses, and external knowledge base articles, and prioritize projects. One of my favorite features is the ability to see anomalies and trends. I feel like I have more insight into our feedback and it is much easier to get to know our users.

While Enterpret has a unique look and feel, it is unlike any other analysis tool I have used before and is a bit of a learning curve. However, the team is super receptive to feedback and is constantly making product improvements.

Enterpret proved to be an exceptional customer feedback analysis tool, surpassing my expectations. Leveraging natural language processing, the tool uncovers important themes and trends within customer feedback.
It accurately gauges customer sentiment, allowing us to understand the emotions, opinions, and preferences expressed by our customers. It has enabled us to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions to based on customers' voice – removing any guesswork.
In addition to its robust analysis features, Enterpret offers seamless integrations with popular channels (socials, surveys, etc) and internal data feed via API.
One aspect that sets them apart is the exceptional customer service. The team is flexible, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping their users succeed. Very small things were needed but were not available yet. For example, Admin controls to prevent users from performing specific actions. But the team has heard the feedback and has been actively working on the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret can break down customer feedback into top-level categories and provide context at the same time. It has fully removed the need for us to dedicate resources to go over the feedback manually, categorise it, provide context, prepare and share reports. Not to mention the previous dependency on translators (which Enterpret does natively) that has evaporated.
The information generated by Enterpret empowers us to make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement and helps us enhance customer satisfaction.

A very useful tool to aggregate customer feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Enterpret provides a user-friendly way to gauge feedback from different sources (in the case of my employer, we had an internal communications platform that Enterpret could integrate with, and the engineering team at Enterpret was very helpful in enabling the integration.
Enterpret also offers multiple ways to visualize data, from creating common reasons/talking points, custom grouping, and listening to specific sources or filtering by multiple different attributes depending on the source of data.

What do you dislike about the product?
Enterpret, while not too difficult to use still is not as intuitive as it could be. This is a topic that was shared with our Account Manager for Enterpret, however it should be noted the team at Enterpret was swift to action on the feedback provided, and a new release improved the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret helps to gather and aggregate feedback from end-users, find what are common topics and present it in an easily digestible format to allow business-centric decisions or actions to be done based on the data.
Great product to gain insights from qualitative data
What do you like best about the product?
I recently used Enterpret to gain a quick understanding of my NPS (Net Promoter Score) results, which I found incredibly useful. Enterpret made it easy to aggregate customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights for the product team.
One of the key benefits of using Enterpret was its ability to quickly and easily visualize the NPS data. This allowed me to see at a glance which areas of the product were performing well and which areas needed improvement, which helped me to focus my team's efforts on the areas that would have the greatest impact.
In addition to its visualization capabilities, Enterpret also provided a wealth of other useful features, such as the ability to filter and segment the data and to generate reports and share them with the team. This made it easy for me to communicate the results of the NPS survey to the rest of the team and to collaborate on ideas for how to improve the product.
