Turns every customer interaction you have via support into actionable data
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to fire it up and ask a question about your business and get well-referenced insights about what customers are struggling with or need. Then using that info to inform where your business needs to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more options to help us close the loop with customers to let them know we have heard their feedback and have acted upon it. From there I'd love to encourage them to send more feedback so we can continue to deliver for them. Also, I would like a way to more easily merge similar issues as scale rather than having to comb through each individual piece of feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us comb through tens of thousands of conversations to tease out through-lines and turn that into action items for our product and engineering teams.

The granularity of data dives deep into users' feedback, helping us truly understand their needs. It has certainly enabled our organization to transform feedback into actionable steps.

There were instances where we needed to raise tech inquiries, but their success team provided amazing support.

Enterpret helps us analyze user feedback in depth, allowing us to better understand customer needs and make data-driven decisions.
The features are user-friendly and have greatly improved my workflow. I highly recommend it.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is, by categorizing the data or creating the data dashboard I need, I can simply upload my data, and it helps me manage everything! It saves me a lot of manual work. Amazing!

When I perform certain operations, I need to wait for over ten minutes, like merging reasons, but I believe the product will optimize this!

Sometimes reasons require manual clustering and or work to break down chunky big reasons into valid smaller themes. We are working with the team on this :)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the UI is - it's less intimidating for users who aren't as techinical.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very easy to get overwhelmed with information. I wish to minimized information overload, but maybe more info is better than less info.

The best part is it helps us integrate all of our customer feedback from different sources into one single platform that is queriable and helps me create a good dashboards of trends

It can be difficult to get started on, sometimes very simple things can be very complicated

It helps us quantify voice of customer, where we have multiple sources of feedback and Enterpret absorbs all of it and helps us quantify the size of certain problem statements
Good tool for customer insights, continually improving product!
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are intuitive, data integration is seamless, and the customer success team is outstanding—arguably their biggest strength. At Apollo, we've been using Enterpret for the past two years and have been consistently satisfied with the product. As the primary owner of our voice of customer (VoC) program, I rely on its insights to drive our initiatives. The team has been impressively fast in rolling out new features like Wisdom (a chat interface) and text-to-filter functionality. Definitely a company to watch in this space!
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights provided can feel somewhat surface-level, requiring us to manually sift through feedback to extract meaningful takeaways. While identifying trends is helpful, generating actionable product insights for PMs remains a challenge. It would be great to have nesting or hierarchy within reasons for better organization. Additionally, as a B2B company, much of our feedback comes from social platforms like LinkedIn, so an integration for that would be valuable. There’s still a gap between insights and truly actionable recommendations, though this may be more of a general GenAI limitation rather than a specific issue with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Enterpret to analyze support tickets, surveys (cancellation), sales/CS logs and generate high level insights for our product teams to analyze.

The design and interface makes it simple to navigate, I didn't need to learn how to use it, it just worked.
Their team is very responsive to feedback, and proactive at that.

The integrations it offers to connect with are limited, looking forward to more options to connect and pipe information in from.

Tracking feedback across multiple platforms for support team, and helping capture snapshots between Slack, Intercom and other sources.
