What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Enterpret is its ability to consolidate and analyze customer feedback from support tickets. This makes it easier to get a complete picture of what customers like or dislike about our product or releases.  

Enterpret helps identify common pain points, areas for improvement, and positive trends and opportunities. This information can be used to make informed decisions about product development and marketing.  

Overall, I think Enterpret is a great tool for any company that wants to improve its customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of issues while trying to incorporate a variety of data sources.

The feedback from the users might not be related to a specific topic that we are trying to get information about.

There's always the potential for misinterpretations in customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the customer feedback are unstructured, making it difficult to analyze manually, Enterpret can be useful to get the summary of the feedbacks.

It helps in identifying meaningful patterns and insights from the user feedbacks. It automates much of this process, saving significant time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily get insights based on prompt, it's quick and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
In my role, I’d love to gain insights from survey feedback to analyze user experience with support—not just reasons for reaching out. However, this seems to be a current limitation of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me identify common root causes for specific topics and streamline my analysis with its filter and custom prompt options. Plus, with just a few clicks, I can create charts and summaries, making it easier to provide quick insights to my stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Enterpret has been a fantastic tool when it comes to making sense of an inordinate amount of customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
While helpful to bring together themes, Enterpret's analysis can lack some depth or fail to provide the full context of what's backing its response
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret is helping us quantify datasets that were too large and unstructured to pull out definitive conclusions. It's allowing us to understand how much a certain dynamic is affecting customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for pulling quotes and hearing feedback in the customer words. Categories are pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the summarized insights, it is hard to get back to the record. And sometimes the records don't seem to relate to the headline summary

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Slack bot which gives us weekly feedback which is really useful along with the user metada which helps us dig deep into such issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The enterpret platform is quite complex at first to look at. It would be helpful if you could simplify it down to the most used products on Enterpret.

What do you like best about the product?
- Aggregation: The ability to bring together disparate data streams from teams like research, support, sales and social feeds, and draw themes across the data

- Integration: Ease of setting up Slack integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
- Summarization: Enterpret can take a piece of feedback 5 words long and somehow turn it into a 2 sentence summary

- Ingestion: It's challenging to get all of the data sources effectively piping in

- Customization: Enterpret would be much more powerful if we could give it more of a scaffolding for analysis

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to fire it up and ask a question about your business and get well-referenced insights about what customers are struggling with or need. Then using that info to inform where your business needs to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more options to help us close the loop with customers to let them know we have heard their feedback and have acted upon it. From there I'd love to encourage them to send more feedback so we can continue to deliver for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us comb through tens of thousands of conversations to tease out through-lines and turn that into action items for our product and engineering teams.
