Great product and super helpful team
What do you like best about the product?
Enterpret gives us an easy and quick way to sift through millions of pieces of feedback. I appreciate the auto-categorization of the feedback so we can quickly get an idea of why users are getting in touch. I can easily compare trends by date or other parameters as well.
The team is also extremely helpful and invested in our product experience. They've visited our Sydney office twice and basically had 1-1 sessions with us to make sure we get the most out of the product. They action our feedback about Enterpret even!

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reasons for some issues could be more specific, but this is something they're actively working on!

Great AI tool for user insights!
What do you like best about the product?
Enterpret turns our user feedback into organized and insightful findings. What used to take us a lot of manual time & effort is now accomplished in a much shorter period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high-level insights and super granular insights are both great, but it would be helpful to have more of a mid-level analysis that can better categorize some of the more granular records.

Enterpret allows us to analyze user insights in a more structured and efficient way!

1. Enterpret identifies top reasons for product issues and improvement requests
2. The interface is intuitive making it accessible for both new and experienced users.
3. The Wisdom tool is particularly helpful in summarising insights and trends across feedback data.
4. The feed view provides a high-level snapshot of feedback trends, making it easy to get an overview without deep diving into reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the taxonomy takes time, and tracked keywords/reasons built from scratch takes hours to load

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret helps us quickly check for trends that may need to be monitored right away. It also helps us understand user feedback by identifying top reported issues across multiple feedback sources. This helps teams within our company to prioritize improvements and align product decisions with user needs.
Time Saving & Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
How quick and easy it is to identify trends across large samples of customer interactions and feedback surveys. This has genuinely saved me hours as I no longer need to sift through tickets and surveys manually to try and find trends.
The support from the Enterpret team has also been great - they're super response, friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I found the different levels of filters difficult to navigate at first. I also find that the formatting in each Quantify isn't always consistent even if the prompt hasn't changed. For example, sometimes the they'll present direct quotes from the customer, and sometimes it will be an AI generated description of the customers sentiment - despite the settings or prompt of the Quantify being unchanged. Recently I've also found that the date-picker for filtering dashboards by timeframe isn't super intuitive. Outside of that I experience intermittent slowness and loading issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret has made it much easier to find trends amongst our tickets and survey responses - with the added benefit of real examples being just a few clicks away. Prior to this, we would have to spend a lot of time looking through interactions manually to understand themes in user sentiment.

For any designers looking to drive their teams to create truly impactful experiences, Enterpret is just that tool. Where a single designer might struggle to uncover every nuance of customer sentiment, this tool helps fill that gap by surfacing insights that can help drive strategic, user focused decisions.
Besides saving time, the tool helps teams stay connected to customers and ensure decisions are grounded in real-world needs rather than assumption.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a team like my own who may design for more applications than my fingers can count, with so many integrations pulling in feedback it can be difficult to filter out actionable insights from noise. It may take you some time to fine tune to ensure you’re getting relevant, high impact trends rather than sifting through redundant or low priority feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating feedback from multiple channels, various integration methods for different services and simply doing the work of multiple researchers in a resource constrained environment.

-Difficult to maintain the taxonomy due to the level of granularity.

We receive millions of customer feedback per month and Enterpret helps us to see it in a summarized version, categorizing them per themes
Excellent tool to understand insights and inform decisions
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how low the barrier to entry is. It didn't take a lot of time to find my way around, and it was quite straightforward to create my first dashboard. Overall, it was easy to implement the ideas I had and showcase the data in the way I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I had to look into the Help articles on how to customize widgets, so more in-tool prompts would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking for the source of the feedback that we are receiving and then comparing it to other external sources such as social network which is not managed by us. This is great to understand the gaps in content strategy.

We receive thousands of customer feedback per month. It is very difficult and time consuming to review all of these feedback, and categorize them into relevant themes, and share the feedback with the relevant teams, month over month.

The implementation process for Enterpret was straightforward and remarkably user-friendly. The Enterpret team played a pivotal role in expediting our onboarding process, offering assistance through comprehensive training sessions, support, and a close working partnership. They actively listened to our needs and were receptive to our feedback, going so far as to develop several customized dashboards and reporting templates specifically tailored to our requirements. This proactive approach allowed us to start reaping the benefits of the Enterpret platform almost immediately.

Although the ongoing management and maintenance of our taxonomy requires a considerable amount of effort and regular attention, we are still able to derive significant value and benefits.
I would like to see continued development and optimization of the Slack integration to support sharing of more concise, high level summaries as well as the ability to share individual reports as opposed to entire dashboards.

The implementation of our new user insights platform has significantly streamlined our team's workflow. The platform's intuitive interface and powerful search capabilities have made it remarkably easy to find answers to the majority of our user insights questions. This efficiency has resulted in a considerable reduction in the time our team typically spends on collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing customer feedback.

Enterpret is an invaluable tool for user-centric designers and researchers who are constantly seeking to understand their users’ perspectives. It makes finding patterns in user feedback much easier, but it also helps with finding and understanding research our team (or other teams in our org) have conducted in the past. Beyond its tactical advantages, it has also helped our team shaping and refine our product strategy over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Enterpret offers a robust feature set and valuable functionalities, the overall user experience could use some work. A more intuitive UI and overall design rework would make it even more effective.
