Not sure. I guess I wish there was a way to a/b test cheq vs not using cheq.

I’ve been working with CHEQ for 3 years now as an anti-fraud analyst. I'm impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Partnering with CHEQ helps us with fighting against many kinds of sophisticated invalid traffic. I highly appreciate their willingness to meet our technological and business needs.

There can be cases when we need a specific solution to meet our business needs while it's not necessarily in their arsenal. Yet, they are always ready to listen and look for a new solution.

CHEQ is saving a lot of money - A LOT
What do you like best about the product?
I am in a line of business where the competition is fierce, therefore bad players have their way (my company provides services like locksmiths, plumbers, etc. in all major cities in the UK).
Abusing Adwords (Google Ads) became a significant factor in my industry, and in many days we were losing thousands of pounds on a daily basis (not an exaggeration).
Since we started protecting all our domains and accounts with CHEQ there is a dramatic change, and even when a bad player finds a new way to scam Google Search (and my advertising budgets), it takes CHEQ and their dedicated team and software a few days to stop it (there will always be new ways so CHEQ will have to be always ready with new solutions).

Not much to dislike, realy. We are in a line of business where there are always new ways to scam, and for the time being, CHEQ managed to find a solution for us.

The problem is that advertising in Google Search in a competitive business like ours can be very, very expensive. For example, one click on an ad in London can cost me 30 Pounds (just for the click), so if a bad player comes with a fraudulent technology that bypasses Google's protections and fake click my ads hundreds of times a day, you can calculate how much it cost me...
Using CHEQ helped me fight back against most forms of fraudulent attacks, and each time a new form of click fraud arises, they help me mitigate it fast (usually a video meeting to explain and a few days after they got a solution).

I can only speak regarding my industry - if you advertise services like locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, and other field services and you get frauds in Google Ads or in Bing, I highly recommend using CHEQ.

Easy to use, with clear and compelling KPIs, and an awesome customer success team.

Not a knock on CHEQ, but the process to detect and block bots can be confusing to describe to peers and stakeholders.

Understanding cybersecurity can be pretty daunting and can come with a significant learning curve. Fortunately, the CHEQ team has been a fantastic resource!

Our CHEQ partnership has been seamless from the beginning. They provided highly effective click fraud blocking for our clients, which not only saves us money but also gives us more high-quality users.

It takes awhile to understand click fraud prevetion and to commuicate it's effectivess to the client, but it's well worth it! Initial tests proved it was going to be a worth while investment.

We are eliminating a high volume of click fraud across our search and social channels. The partnership makes it very easy for us, as all it takes is a simple audience upload that CHEQ provides us with. We benefit by saving $$$ on ad spend as well as bringing in more high-quality users.

The CHEQ product/platform is simple to understand, including educational tooltips that are easy to absorb. The sales rep and account reps demonstrate competence and quality customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be candid, I don't dislike anything notable. Platform load times can sometime take longer than I'd expect. Additionally, it may be helpful to see an integration that "very roughly" calculates savings based on average CPC and block rate accounting for average repeat clicks on an ad.

The primary benefit in utilizing CHEQ is to save what would be wasted ad spend. This allows our company to reinvest those marketing dollars into relevant/real potential consumers.
Excellent Partner and Solution for An Evergreen Issue
What do you like best about the product?
CHEQ is an amazing partner. Their technology has made it so that I can use my search and social dollars more effectively. There were no drops in sessions or clicks, only growth in quality. They keep me aware of how they are upgrading their solution and directly connect it to my needs and concerns.

They are an innovative solution that fills a need that wasn't being addressed before and they continue to identify gaps proactively. They are really responsive and will roadmap platforms as you identify them as being in our plans.

CHEQ identifies and blocks bot traffic on paid search and paid social. They are able to block them through audience and IP. This prevents us from wasting dollars and clicks on what will be identified as invalid clicks. This is beneficial because we no longer have to wait for the invalid clicks to be returned to the account. We also do not have to account for this traffic in our reporting.

The product was built to be as easy to use as it is helpful! We have seen fraudulent traffic decrease giving us more quality users.

Understanding how click fraud prevention works may take a bit of time and the ROI can be difficult to calculate. Its worth its spit, but the client should be aware of this upfront.

We have the realized benefit of CHEQ being on the lookout with a much bigger scope than we could ever have ourselves. They are the watchtower seeing fraudulent clicks everywhere and protecting us from those before they have a chance to come to our site.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was not aware of the huge amount of money I threw every month on fraud and bots. The a/b test I did on Facebook showed a big advantage in the campaigns with CHEQ monitoring in all performance metrics. Today we enjoy from fraud protection in our important media - Facebook, Google, Bing, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more :)
