i would say it's good but not great but better than compitetors except Teamviewer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't take multiple remote control, remote connection is slow and there's no option to simply lower the quantity of the remote so one can finish the task more quickly & effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving client issues while taking remote control and seeing the issues they face with our applications.
it being very useful.
What do you like best about the product?
since the pandemic the way we do things change, and till that moment I have the necessary to look for a company like you guys, i love the way you allow us to have full control of our devices and modify the factory features that we don't need.
What do you dislike about the product?
technology is not perfect, something we're facing issues with the remote viewer, I know it depends on the internet speed, but I tested with tablets and I tested the internet at more than 50Mbps in each device, so I'm not 100% sure how it works, if you could do something to improvise remote viewer, it will be perfect.

New Esper user.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and all that you can do in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to go back to the Home Screen to get back into the tab you are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up and managing devices. Remote access to the device.
covers expectations
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is friendly, scalable, practical. Allows you to manage android devices without affecting their performance. It is adjustable, it allows to apply to new versions of android
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a kiosk mode that allows you to keep an app in the foreground. This function must be enabled in order to give more benefits to the platform and that it allows to adjust by time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
he Esper team was asked to include a kiosk mode that allows to keep an application in the first plane controlled for a time that can be defined by the end user.
excellent monitoring application
What do you like best about the product?
Through the application, I can monitor, track, remotely manipulate devices from a distance, execute and install the apps I want, and order and organize the desktop I want to be displayed on the device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say because truly esper has many virtues that make it a super powerful, robust tool that we have to exploit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now we are using it only on smartphones, tablets, and devices with Android like TV boxes, Minix, etc., to install and run a commercial app and monitor that the device is okay in terms of connectivity and that the app is functioning correctly.
Updates to the system made in increasingly harder to use.
What do you like best about the product?
They seemed to make changes just for the sake of making changes. Geofence is not accurate. They had a free 100 device plan and decided out of nowhere to no longer honor that plan. I did not find the product worth the money
What do you dislike about the product?
They made it harder to use and changed the security settings which gave less control
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all my devices in one place, faster setup, pushing updates remotely to all devices, securing the devices, and helping make the devices professional looking.
Fantastic Management Platform for Android Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Esper caters to Android devices and offers the most flexible solution while controlling assets. In addition to custom APKs and Play Store apps, you can create custom web apps which have been very helpful. Device labeling appears on the screen, which is excellent compared to printed labels for assets. Remote viewing devices through the console makes troubleshooting or assisting users possible without needing a 3rd party subscription. Support for kiosks and those with multiple apps, plus the ability to provide access to select device settings, ensure users have access to everything they need to utilize the device more completely without sacrificing security. Support has been excellent, and Esper takes feedback and acts on it. Bugs are fixed, suggestions are acknowledged, and they make their way into development if they add value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no mobile app for management or a mobile version of the management dashboard; you must use the desktop site. Blueprints do not always apply and may require multiple deployments. While you can update some items individually while viewing a device record, several settings can only be toggled in a blueprint that involves editing and applying, which isn't as convenient. For example, I've duplicated a group and blueprint but toggled settings to allow the Notification Bar to allow File Transfers while connected by USB since disabling notifications doesn't allow toggling how the USB connection is utilized. There is no way to view your apps or app deployments. You can redeploy a blueprint or use Pipelines to ensure apps are pushed out, but if you want to see what devices or devices in a group have what apps or a specific app, you must view the device's Apps tab. Some dashboard screens are windowed with their scrollbars like iframes and are awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper's platform makes Android device management more accessible and has worked well for our needs. The functionality is much better than the MDM/EMM solution I was using for Android. Currently using for MDM/EMM/MAM purposes and will look at digital signage capabilities later.
