Storing data at its best.
What do you like best about the product?
Though spot has helped our company to create a new era of storing piles of data within the reach of fingertips. Data integration, visualization and analysis have changed our company needs into a diffeent dimention. Another favorite is that this platform can be accessed offline which make our team members can do their work from anywhere around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thought spot is very pricy for smallscale businesses and most new ventures can't effort the benefits of this great tool and also the delay in customer care which can't be reached in an emmergency for guidance or any kind of help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we had heaps of data piled in different devices and as paper work and its a very messy experience sorting these data took a lot of labor work and time and also many human errors were made but with Thought spot, we were able to solve all these problems and we can easily access any time and any kind of data and with no errors at all.
The best UI friendly, AI based software to make informative decisions!
What do you like best about the product?
The main aspect I like about ThoughtSpot is how it tracks down the trends of our product or service and gives us an idea of what to predict in the coming months. ThoughtSpot uses AI-based features to support these advanced tools and with that, it becomes so much easier for us to make decisions based on that to assist our sales and marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find annoying or I dislike in ThoughtSpot is that it doesn't have much of an automated support system to find readily-available answers for tech-related issues faced by users. This makes it harder and time-consuming for us when given a very time-sensitive issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem ThoughtSpot solves for me and my company is that it helps us to make decisions based on their AI-based predictive insights and data visualization models which are created by accessing the company's cloud and on-premise data to create real-time visualizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Thoughtspot is a modern data platform that is very helpful to medium-scale companies to visualize and analyze data without any hazel. Data visualization can be changed to any chart we desire and provides a clear visual presentation of the data in the simplest way to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thoughtspot is a great platform, but the pricing is too high for small-scale businesses to effort, and the customer support is a lot delayed, and we found many difficulties reaching out to their aid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoughtspot has given us the benefit of getting all our data on different devices to store in one place with access to all our team members. Before Thoughtspot, we invested a lot of money and time in manpower, and also we experienced a human error in some regions of data analysis. Now, with Thoughtspot, we have overcome all the difficulties and experiencing a whole new era of storing data.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main things I liked so much about Thoughtspot is how it utilized so much of on premise and cloud data to make statistical based decisions with their newly improved AI based features. This makes Thoughtspot very unique and competitive with other software in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I slightly dislike is the pricing packages and the subscriptions of Thoughtspot. For companies which are small and starting out, it'd be impossible to afford a software like Thoughtspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Thoughtspot helps my company team to solve is by helping us make informed decisions with modeled and integrated data that is available on the platform which are then processed by a range of AI features. This helped our company to identify future buyer trends and personas and assisted us to adjust our target marketing campaigns accordingly. Being so specific and timely on that also made us save company costs and decrease unnecessary spending.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I love about Thoughtspot is their AI based features which directly helps our insight discoverability. ThoughtSpot uses geospatial and very advanced forms of structured and unstructured data which is available within our on-premise and cloud data sources and provides us with the best real-time insights that we can use for solid business decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about ThoughtSpot is their customer support team, I wish they were a bit more attentive towards customer inquiries as in our case we had some trouble getting in-touch with the support for our technical issues.

ThoughtSpot mainly helped us with making team wise informed business decisions with it's real-time data insights and visualizations. ThoughtSpot also helps us to analyze and identify business trends overtime in our business itself and in the industry as a whole.

Thought spot automates data integration, visualization and analyzing the changes the company has made without any hazel. Thought spot can identify any changes in the company over time and this can be accessed offline as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thought spot some times delay in customer support requests and pricey for small scale business. A little too advanced for anyone with little computer literacy.

Previously we use to have many devices and software storing all our company data and we found that it was very messy and cannot be found when required and it took a lot of manpower, time and also experienced a human error when accessing the data, the Thought spot has managed to give us all our company information in one platform and can be easily accessed within seconds.

Every time the date has to be changed as of today, to fetch the updated data, which should have been automatically.
Nomenclature used in filters are not very friendly, and finds difficult to find and correlate.

Thoughtspot helps to fetch reports like open orders reports , suppliers performance, on time delivery etc. which can help to measure the buyers and suppliers performance.
Also, not only data but it helps to have prepopulated graphical representation of data automatically saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
Thoughtspot is one of the best tools I have come across so far that enabled me to discover valuable business insights with Thoughtspot's AI based features and general search tools. Thoughtspot is very user friendly and anyone in our company including me can use the software with no prior software coding knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about Thoughtspot is very good. There is nothing much to dislike about the software but I really wish if they could reduce the pricing options a little bit especially the standard package. Apart from that Thoughtspot stands out to be a great software.

The main benefit we are finding from Thoughspot is that it has enabled us to integrate both on-premise data and cloud data together to make informed decisions with great visual elements. Also, Thoughtspot let's us to integrate so many other software to the app as well, so we can take the best benefit from the data that is on those software to assist our decisions.

ThoughtSpot is a highly recomended software for any business if they are highly cocerned on making progressive management decisons to have a better performing team and boosting sales.
