The best and amazing tool for BI and data analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
The features of this tool are quite helpful for my professional work. Because it offers us accurate analytics that we can rely on. It helps me improve my business operations. The aspect of this functionality that I value most. There are most of my favorite features in this product AI features,BI platform,cloud data support, usability,mobile reporting,workflow, dashboards,graphs and data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
For teams with medium skill levels like mine, it can be difficult to meet ThoughtSpot's price requirements. Furthermore, considering how Thoughtspot helped my business, I had no animosity toward them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to build dashboards for my office's operations, but we didn't have a compatible and valuable product. They also required the ability to switch between chart types and perform data searches for various insights. That challenge was overcome through Thought spot.
I Never Thought I would Get a Solution like ThoughtSpot

1. ThoughtSpot was easy to deploy, implement and use.

-Unfortunately, there's no cloud console for ThoughtSpot like that of AWS.

A remarkable searching platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The best about Thoughtspot is that we can have an unlimited customer base and self-service data analysis. It also doesn't require a highend IT knowledge and can be accessed by any customer with minimum computer expertise. It also provides instant data access, saving a lot of time for our team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team recently experienced a lack of dashboard filters, such as the date parameter, and the pricing is a little too high compared to other similar platforms. But overall, Thoughtspot is an excellent platform, and there's nothing I dislike about it at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot's swift analysis, interpretation, and visualization of data help my team draw up data-supported decisions faster. Modifying dashboards has also never been this easy to access, and also we have downsized our workforce, which has helped to cut down our annual cost.
A marvelous AI based tool in today’s market!
What do you like best about the product?
Our client and team love ThoughtSpots instant insights, flexibility to make adjustments as needed, and no need for high computer literacy. It's the best grouping technique we have used, and the Thoughtspot team is very knowledgeable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contract negotiations and demand-based pricing need to be clarified. If the pricing is less, this platform can benefit many small scales online and home-based businesses, but again, Thoughtspot offers features that other similar platforms don't provide. Visualizations that are not yet possible in ThoughtSpot.

The best about this product is that it can store data that we manually did which took a lot of effort when finding data. It costs us a lot of time. Also, Thoughtspot has connected our team and clients through a digital platform where we can discuss and make decisions online, saving us time, money and energy.
Easy and a very functional platform in the modern market!
What do you like best about the product?
Thoughtspot has been an absolute lifesaver for my company. From data integration to visualizing and analyzing, Thoughtspot has helped to keep all our data within reach of our fingertips. It's an easy-access platform that doesn't need rocket science.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the Thoughtspot platform is excellent, the pricing is too high for medium-scale companies. Home base businesses and customer support were delayed when I asked for immediate support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we used to have our data on many devices and on paper which was not easy to access in an emergency, and sometimes, it took days to find the information we needed. But with Thoughtspot, we have managed all our data from one device, minimized the mistakes we made manually, and saved a lot of time and money we spent on IT personnel.

Powerful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up data sources. The natural language queries work as expected in most cases; I like the ability to set up synonyms in order to make them more successful for business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience for creating joins could be improved. It would be nice to create joins directly in the schema viewer, rather than having to navigate to each table individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot makes it fast for users to get answers from the data without needing to know SQL. It also cuts down on requests to modify existing dashboards in tools such as Tableau.
Storing data at its best.
What do you like best about the product?
Though spot has helped our company to create a new era of storing piles of data within the reach of fingertips. Data integration, visualization and analysis have changed our company needs into a diffeent dimention. Another favorite is that this platform can be accessed offline which make our team members can do their work from anywhere around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thought spot is very pricy for smallscale businesses and most new ventures can't effort the benefits of this great tool and also the delay in customer care which can't be reached in an emmergency for guidance or any kind of help.

Earlier we had heaps of data piled in different devices and as paper work and its a very messy experience sorting these data took a lot of labor work and time and also many human errors were made but with Thought spot, we were able to solve all these problems and we can easily access any time and any kind of data and with no errors at all.
