What do you like best about the product?
FactorialHR is known for offering a comprehensive suite of human resources management tools that streamline and automate various HR processes: Employee Database,Performance Management,Recruitment and Onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any new software, there might be a learning curve associated with adopting FactorialHR. Users who are less familiar with HR systems or those transitioning from a different platform may require some time to become fully comfortable and proficient with its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Factorial automates and simplifies various HR tasks, such as time tracking, leave management, document management, and employee data storage and provides a centralized database for storing and managing employee information, including personal details, employment history, and performance records.
Stellar HRIS - all you need in 1
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use! Covers everything in an employee lifecycle. Factorial team is ever helpful regarding us navigating around it. Almost biweekly additions to what it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything's been working stellar. We have encountered a glitch with clock-in clock-outs once or twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of admin work problems, ATS is solving a lot of recruitment paperwork (digital paperwork, that is), and with the arrival of the analytics, we hope to get better at our hiring. Also, we love the surveys and how easy it is to get satisfaction surveys or reviews rolling now.
A complete HR software that covers all the bases
What do you like best about the product?
The time features save our teams so much time. The platform is user-friendly, straightfoward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints when it comes to Factorial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue Factorial solves for us is our time off and tracking processes. Our clock in and out process was manual and very slow. The ATS features, and overall workforce management tools are used on a daily basis and really helps our recruitment team.
Good tool for human resources
What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple and easy to use. We can manage our holidays and our working day so easily. Also in a brief view you can see the main news of the day and the future events.
What do you dislike about the product?
To complete the signing, it is so sometimes annoying because you have to type the number of hours you were working on a product. It could be easier if you type the number of hours and not the working schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company is beneficiating us because you can have the schedule and the amount of hours that you've been working in a product so easily in a few clicks. I'm happy with that.
Useful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use from the very first day, as it's really intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some changes that are coming with new features are causing problems with already existing data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let me track days off in a very easy way. It's super easy automated tool for our employees as well.
Poor support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool, quite intuitive and possible to cover different use cases across various jurisdictions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales team promises things they cannot keep and support is outrageously slow and poor at responding in a timely manner for mission-critical elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline expenses and absence management across various jurisdictions.
Definitely a supportive tool for startups and small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It has great cappabilities like showing work notifications about your colleagues, their birthdays; you can check your pay stubs, being able to set your time off, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets very stressful to fill your attendance to work day by day, hour by hour. There should be an option where you can do this automatically. I recently discovered there's a plugin that can do this so I use that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great place to gather your work colleagues and engage with them. I think Factorial is ending the so unnecessary e-mails about sick leaves or anything related that needs to be a short notification.
Great tool for keeping up with time at work!
What do you like best about the product?
Managing your payment and benefits for the organization's staff. There is always proper management for compensation, time off, and insurance is what keeps my satisfaction high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform feels clunky, but other than that I didn't have any problems whatsoever. I would not have any negatives things to say about the platform nor the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy documentation management, self-management for employees, reports and data analysis, and electronic signature of documents. I think everyone at work can see that the service benefits us all.
Nice app to keep track of your working time
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app of Factorial enables the access to employees to manage their working time, with an easy to use UX, you can quickly start/stop your clock in when it's time, request time off and vacations, and review past clock in inputs
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to edit already requested time off days will be really great to have in order to fix potential mistakes or to be ahead before the reviewer check those
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time clocking is a major requirement in some countries, and generally tracking weekdays and holidays, plus transparent notification to the company, all together make it really easy for employees
Our first three months with Factorial HR
What do you like best about the product?
We loved the multi-country aspects of the platform, especially as it relates to official holidays and vacation time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack ability to set up automatic payment on the platform itself, it a good area of opportunity I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a workforce in 15 different cities in 4 countries, including 5 legal entities. Most other solutions are very US-centric.
