Transition to an integrated platform that brought a lot of value to our company
What do you like best about the product?
Factorial has been designed for businesses like mine. We manage different locations in different countries with different policies and holidays. The recruitment needs to be integrated, and shift management is mandatory for 70% of our contractors and employees. Having a fully integrated experience for all the tools was a game changer for us. It also offers enough flexibility to customize most of our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the extra modules are not mature enough to bring us value. For example, the Software Module is not very useful in our case, because we need a more granular method to manage licenses, and cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before having Factorial, we needed to rely in more than one tool to manage the business entirely. Factorial integrates all the features in one place, and gives us an unified view of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Factorial for a year now and all I can say is that it highly improved our operations. Before Factorial we were using different tools to manage vacation, payroll, info and documents, it was still a very manual process. Now the employees have so much more independence and visibility on their information that they don't even write me as much - so I get to get more stuff done. They use it daily to check on work anniversaries, birthdays, upload and sign documents etc. The mini facebook is definetely very engaging.
I use it with my employees in the US and Brazil, and it's SO easy to change languages, adapt currencies, worklocations etc. Highly recommend for international companies.
Their Account Manager is also in the US, so implementing was so easy and fast. Shout out to Sabela who takes care of our account in Factorial, she is great and very responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue was with approval for promotions, but they just released it in the app so i am very pleased with that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is able to understand the health of each department based on how costly the headcount is, how much turnover we have, seeing if it correlates with the eNPS of the department and ultimately be able to write agreements on the development of employees.
Diamond in the rough - Will suit 95% of companies but only needs a small polish to be a shining gem
What do you like best about the product?
Feature heavy product for a very good price compared to others on the market - we have a full suit of features whereas other software would only give us base modules for the same price
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross-functionality of the modules can be better implemented - for example, variable that change in the future in contracts occurring should be able to be used in document generation for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one suite that grants a framework for effective HR Ops strategy. We can now keep track of holiday effectively, of candidates, and generate analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The platform excels in simplifying HR processes, from employee onboarding to time tracking and performance management. The intuitive interface and user-friendly design make it easy for users to navigate and utilize its various features seamlessly.

The abundance of functionalities could lead to a steeper learning curve for new users.

Maintain better control over the HR workflows, reducing the likelihood of errors and enhancing overall productivity.

The UI, the customer care, the onboarding process was great and the implementation is easy, the fact i can ask for new features and sometimes get them

1) The system still has bugs
2) In some cases basic functionality becomes too complecated there (i mean mainky for administration purposes)

Time tracking solution for all employees, ability to track worked hours and time-off in a centralized place

I like that it is available to employees on their mobiles. I like I am able to control it from home. I like to have a point of contact

Response time from internal teams within Factorial.

It is keeping all information in one place. It is easily accessible

Layout is clear and easy to use. Employees have had very few questions on using the system as it is so intuitive.

The system is relatively new and always evolving. Whilst this is very exciting, it does also mean that the help guides are not always up to date.

Absence managment, staff calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's crisp and clean. Very intuitive to use for our employees and is adjustable to a certain level for admins. I feel it's a great system to use when you are a start and scale up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so much a dislike as the platform is improving ongoing, but sometimes big changes suddenly happen en there is no choice for the user to use it or turn that functionality off.

I have everyting about our employees in one place and all is secure. It's possible to pull reports and to connect it to our benchmarking platform. It keeps us compliant and able to pull different reporting
