What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. I also find it useful for diagramming the architecture workflow for my app and illustrating workflows, which solves the problem of illustrating my system's architectural overview effectively. The setup was easy enough, and I found the tool quite useful overall.

Practical Integration and Impeccable Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software works well and is integrated into Google Drive, which is really convenient since all our documentation is there. Switching to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was easy because its use is similar to Miro, so I felt comfortable right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may just not have found the feature, but being able to set pre-recorded views that I can quickly return to with a shortcut. Like hitting F1 and I get to the global view and F2 for a more detailed view that I have chosen in my layout. Handy in meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize my ideas and clarify my thoughts with diagrams.
Streamlined Brainstorming with Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of development that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides, which is crucial for me as an engineer because it allows for quick iteration in my daily workflow. I also love the idea of real-time sharing, even though I haven't tried it yet. It sounds great as it would allow my team to iterate together and share ideas in real-time, eliminating the need for meetings to share design work as everyone can see each other's progress instantly. Additionally, the UI is well designed, which is a positive aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was there for sure. It took me a while to get used to the full suite of capacity. I'm not very sure. I think a more step by step guided tutorial would be helpful. I remember seeing some set up hints, but I was confused as I was trying to go through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite lets me rapidly draw and adjust app development designs, vital for my frequent iteration process. It streamlines team collaboration by allowing real-time sharing and idea exchange without meetings.
Best Collaborative Diagramming Tool for Distributed Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to create network diagrams and system architecture documentation. Real-time collaboration allows our distributed team to work together on infrastructure designs simultaneously, and the AWS/cloud service shape libraries save significant time when documenting our cloud environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced diagramming features found in desktop tools like Visio are missing or less robust. Custom shape creation is more limited than I'd like, and certain technical diagram types require workarounds to achieve the desired result
Offline access.
Offline access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Our technical documentation was scattered across PowerPoint, Visio files, and outdated PDFs that were hard to maintain and share. Benefit: Lucid centralizes all our diagrams in one cloud platform with easy sharing and version control. Updates are instant, and everyone always has access to the latest architecture diagrams
AI-Powered Mind Maps Elevate Collaboration for 24/7/12/365 with Lucid VCS
What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite by a colleague on March this year a month after I joined my current Business Consulting firm. I like how the mind-maps allocated by LVCS (Lucidchart) allows me to filter and get the top and high quality keywords by infusing AI which cluster by intent and search volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite on a daily basis and the only issue that I dislike is lack of some features such as video conferencing but I access them via third-party apps integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through client reporting page facilitated by Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I am able to generate a SEO Snapshot that bring together keyword map, top-10 rankings and traffic chart and through view only link clients are able to see live updates.
Streamlined Network Mapping and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to quickly build clear, professional network diagrams, collaborate in real-time with team members, and keep multi-site topology documentation consistent and up to date in one place. It saves time and reduces errors, making it easy to update diagrams as the network changes. By allowing the team to review and comment, it helps align in real time using a single, accurate source of truth. The initial setup was pretty easy because of the friendly user interface, which is easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
For large complex diagrams of networks, performance can slow down, and managing very dense topologies can be cluttered. Improved handling of large scale diagrams, better automatic layout options, and more advanced, network-specific templates or symbols would make it more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to solve fragmented or outdated network documentation issues, offering a clear, shareable view for troubleshooting and planning. It saves time, reduces errors, allows team collaboration in real-time, and ensures documentation is consistent and up-to-date.
LUCID VCS: Powerful Market Mapping and AI Insights for Growth Expansion

Intuitive Platform with Extensive Diagramming Tools to Design Technical and Functional Processes
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive with a broad library of pre-made items to design diagrams and most charts can be made with a simple drag and drop. The quick virtual tour is very helpful when it comes to knowing all the different available features. The support team is always open to helping with anything and answering questions. I am satisfied with Lucid based on the available shapes, icons, lines and arrows for developing diagrams for my documentation projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I wish I could change about this platform. There is lots of shapes to become comfortable with, but this is less of a con and more of an informational item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been an excellent tool for creating decision-based guides that help support staff to diagnose system problems effectively. Creating diagrams with this platform also provides a quick understanding of network configurations that text only cannot match.
Versatile and Easy-to-Use Collaboration Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to build roadmaps and share business impact with non-technical users easily. It really makes retrospectives and gaining feedback much easier than other tools. I appreciate the versatility and flexibility of the tool to bring meetings to life in real time. It's great for capturing any flow or pipeline, and decisions that often aren't made in other meetings get answered in real time with Lucid. It was very easy to set up and the teams adopted it well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think animations in certain flows would be a really cool feature to show the transition from as-is state to to-be state. We haven't set up the integrations with JIRA yet, but I'm pushing for this because roadmapping would be awesome with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to socialize clear plans with non-technical teams, facilitating real-time decision-making and feedback collection, and creating versatile visual roadmaps and flows.
Lucid is very versatile to create flowcharts with ease and more innovatively
What do you like best about the product?
Preparing flow charts for processes is quick with so many shapes to apply and options to navigate through. Picking icons to drag and drop makes creating diagrams and charts very easy. When I compare pricing vs achieving my diagram deliverables, there is no other tool that can fill better this gap like Lucid does.
What do you dislike about the product?
It pretty much works excellently and does everything a professional will need to create diagrams and flow charts without difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid for my UML diagrams and to map out the entire data flow paths within our databases. The tool has allowed me to adequately support the installation steps of our products and operational workflows.
