More Functional Than Visio—Absolutely Love It!
What do you like best about the product?
its similar to Visio however it has lots more functionality.

nothing that I have found. There doesn't seem to be anything to dislike

I create many processes and it is so easy to use. As its similar to Visio there is no huge learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity and ease of getting projects completed using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It's straightforward and makes the setup process quite simple and explanatory, without any difficulties, right from the start. The space elaboration and available space calculation features are incredibly beneficial, making it easier to know the exact available space for each item in my projects. I find all the inventory tools and setup tools quite useful as well. The platform allows me to complete my projects in a very simple, easy, and great way, which is why I would probably consider purchasing it again. I also haven’t encountered any issues so far, indicating a robust user experience. Ultimately, I am so satisfied with the software that I would rate it a 10 out of 10 in terms of likelihood to recommend it to others.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to easily elaborate and calculate available space for items, simplifying project completion in a straightforward, effective manner with inventory and setup tools.

The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite—spanning Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale—has become one of our most indispensable platforms for cross-functional work.
What I Like Most
Unified Collaboration Across Functions: Lucid allows our creative, operations, and tech teams to work in one visual environment. We can start with brainstorming in Lucidspark, move into structured process mapping in Lucidchart, and layer in architecture views via Lucidscale—all without leaving the ecosystem.
Real-Time Co-Editing: Stakeholders can edit, comment, and present simultaneously. It’s like Google Docs for diagrams, but far more powerful. This feature alone has reduced back-and-forth time by nearly half on complex event workflows.
Integration Strength: Works seamlessly with Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana. When linked with our BI LIVE project dashboards, it eliminates version control issues and improves transparency.
Data-Linked Visuals: The ability to connect diagrams to live data (especially from Google Sheets or Salesforce) has helped us visualize client deliverables dynamically and ensure accuracy in project roadmaps.

Performance with Large Boards: Very detailed diagrams or multi-layered canvases can lag slightly when many collaborators join at once.
Advanced Permissions: Would love to see more granular control for viewer/commenter roles on enterprise accounts.
AI Features Still Emerging: Lucid’s AI assistant is promising, but it’s not yet as context-aware as tools like Miro Assist. Still, Lucid’s roadmap looks strong.

It lags from time to time, but overall works

Having the ability to share ideas quickly, without having to wait for the next meeting, is a real advantage.
Extremely Easy to Use Diagramming and Visual Collaboration Suite of this Era
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite does wonders when it comes to remote team visual collaboration on projects via online meetings.
The Lucidchart program allows me to seamlessly create flowcharts that help me understand my organization progress as a Rep in a Telecommunications agency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, mainly Lucidchart is great for programming, but I only slightly dislike how the safari browser on my iOS directs me to the mobile App - I am forced to hide the App so as it won’t detect it’s existence in my device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Representative, I am able to create highly detailed visual representations with LVCS which automate the workflow in real-time.
Forward-Thinking Features and Exceptional Value for Admins
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin i love the forward thinking of the Lucid team and how they are generous with features and make it very easy for us to do our job

I dont have any issues with the product. I am a big advocate for it and believe it brings great value to our org

Charting mostly. Trying to incorporate whiteboarding more since the suite came in.
Great for Collaboration, But Some Components Hard to Find

Easy to use in various context specially to collaborate with my colleagues on flow charts & solution design preparation

Some component aren't necessarily easy to find when you are trying to create a complete new diagram

Effortless Org Chart Creation with Lucid – Fast, Feature-Rich, and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I tried a lot of different platforms to build our non-profits organizational chart, and Lucid's was the only program that had the features I needed and that was easy to use. It took me a fraction of the time to sign up, set up, and to use their tool compared to other platforms. I was done with my chart in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it enough to find anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our small nonprofit had struggled for years to create a visual representation of our organization that was easy to edit as we evolved. We tried a couple of other programs to build out an organizational chart that made sense, but everything else was too hard to use and too hard to edit. Lucid was fast, easy, efficient, and it solved our problem by having easy-to-use features and very intuitive org chart building tools.

There is some performance issue but usually that not the case for smaller team.

collaboration tool in addition to the existing chart function, does help team to do suggest modification give an edge over maintaining a sheet outside of flow chart tool.
Extremely handy with great toolbars and good block alignments to achieve flowcharts quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I quickly choose a shape, choose colors, add connecting lines and text and that is it. It is very user-friendly to do all kinds of diagrams. Still the best part is the grid that allows for my flowchart creations to be symmetric and neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s very easy to use with a very simple interface to make all types of diagrams. I have never had any problem using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve used it to create quick diagrams which needed to go into reports or presentations outlining the sequence of learning activities and illustrating where skill gaps exist.
