Simple but fussy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Ability to move things around easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting the arrows to position properly is a pain, and I’d like the ability to shrink everything down to fit a letter or tabloid size paper
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web site mapping/ user flows
LucidChart Review
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart easily allows for diagramming flexibility, which makes drawing diagrams quite easy. I predominately use LucidChart when I documenting a new Customer lifecycle or mapping out a workflow between systems. It's also da great collaboration tool - you can share your diagram with other users and they can add to the chart as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resizing shapes! It can be frustrating to format shapes as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process outline. Workflows.
best cloud based diagramming software
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that this is cloud based software so you don't have to download it on system.
Additionally, it has very fresh user interface to create charts and process flow.
Additionally, it has very fresh user interface to create charts and process flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free trail isn't enough to explore and learn all the functions of the Lucidchart. It also gives object limit of 60 which is frustrating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After getting full version, I was able to create bunch of process flow diagrams which were at complex level. It also helped in creating good factory layout in my previous application.
A Practical, Free Charting Option
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has very functional integration into the Google Suite of products and can be accessed via Drive for seamless use. The tools are simple, but effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autogenerated assets can be awkward in complex designs. The free version is understandably limited, but still practical as a regular-use application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of product design, UX visualization, task management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version before committing to make sure this product is right for you. You may find the free version has everything you need.
Gets the job done.
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly and fairly self explanatory. It's also easy to share and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited in design functionality (aka: it's difficult to make look pretty).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic process mapping, allowing for clarity of process definitions and increased workflow efficiency.
Great platform for making diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
great integration with G suite and also great resources to make diagrams. I could not find one logo I needed.
I love it because it's all cloud-based and has great integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
there is a slight learning curve to use it. Finding a tutorial on specific use cases was hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed it for helping us visualize the Teck Stack of our MVP
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great live sharing feature if collaboration is a focus for your team.
Great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you are easy to create flow charts and organize thoughts through this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe adding a screenshot feature into the application would be better?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our business requires creating progressions in tasks, we use lucid chart to create flowcharts.
I use LucidChart daily. Love that it's cloud based. Wish it were a little cleaner, like Visio
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that LucidChart is cloud based and saves in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as clean as Visio is. For instance, I create a lot of business process diagrams with swim lanes. In Visio, the swim lanes are very clean, it's easy to add additional lanes, and modify existing ones. I feel like Lucid hasn't implemented swim lanes as well. I also wish that it had the line functionality so it's easier to line elements up on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LucidChart for business process diagrams. I like that it's cloud based and easy to share diagrams with others
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I was completely new to lucidchart two months ago and it was very easy to pick up and use immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls can be a little finicky. It can be hard to select exactly the line or box that you want sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mapping process flows to easily share with others at our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to pick up and use with little to no training.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It was intuitive to use. I use LucidChart to plan email nurturing workflows. It helps me come up with a plan before I start designing and coding an email series.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only used the free version, so I can't comment on the full version. But the only thing that bugs me is sometimes when I put text inside another shape, it is hard to select the text. It only selects the outer shape a good portion of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I saidabove, I use it to plan email workflows that I can then share with my colleagues to get their feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They give a free trial for the paid version, so I would recommend trying that out to see if it will be worth it for you and your company.
