This is a great alternative to make some fresh diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using this software, I was quite amazed at its simplicity: the first thing I could enjoy of this tool is the variety of types of diagrams which anyone can easily just select and start using in a matter of seconds. I also felt a bit excited because many aspects of the chart can be easily changed (such as colors, figures, lines and many more things). In the past I had used a few diagramming tools that didn't allow for much variation of colors for my diagrams (which made them look a bit dull), but this one has been a great tool for making my diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I'm too touchy, but I dislike the left option bar. And what do I want to say by this? I mean that this bar lacks a couple feautres: first of all, this bar should include a section that shows templates for users just in case they want to change the current template for a new one. Finally, if users chose a different template for their diagram, it would be cool if the written information that users typed up in these diagrams remained there for re-use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I use a diagram software like this, I can be sure that my activities are recorded and stored safely. One example is if I need to change or update any logistic aspect of my business, I'd just have to open my stored diagram and make the required changes.

This online software is nice option for someone interested in making diagrams and even flow charts.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it made diagramming easier to share with coworkers.

I didn't use it long enough to dislike something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to map out our user stories which made it easier for future programming and seeing the bigger picture.

I love the simple intuitive interface easy for students, professionals with limited time and team members to communicate visually.

I found it cumbersome to edit and add graphics if we chose to once file has been saved

teams are spread state-wide and must plan programs using teleconference this tool allows all members to visualize flow and diagram thoughts.
Lucid chart is a great functional minimally designed product.

The ability to share charts is great for teams.

It seems a little busy and is hard to find what you are looking for.

Brainstorming sessions are made easy. Easy to build processes and map it innefficiencies.
Lucid Chart for flowcharting and bpmn
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of drawing shapes and flow charts. The ability to whip out a bpmn diagram in minutes without the overhead of visio
What do you dislike about the product?
This is an online tool. Not sure how this will work if I don't have internet connection. Maybe a simple light weight desktop app that can connect to the cloud when internet connection is present would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to draw pictures and explain an engineering problem seems easy with lucid. The main benefit is the ease and the time it takes to come up with a detailed explanation of the process flow.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use across all platforms. So I can open in Windows or Apple. There is also a chat feataure for real time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't see any negatives yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with setting a flow chart or a plan when getting ready to take a on a big project. Most recently our strategic plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Even though Lucid Chart is a tool often used to create flow charts, I really love that I can give it different uses. For example, I use this online software for keeping track of my clients and their needs: I like that I only have to log into my account, and then select a ready-made flow chart type, with added shapes and arrows to signal the flow of the task; after that, I like even more that I can replace the inserted text with the name of my clients, as well as the tasks I have to deliver to make them happy (so that they buy my stuff again), and for me, it's a super bonus that I can easily change the color of the text and shapes easily. This software has simplified the way I keep track of my clients and their orders, and that's the part I love the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a very complete software, which is also easy to use. Because of this, I can really say that the only thing that bothers me about this is its price. What I mean to say is that almost 9 American dollars per month can be a bit high for most users, especially for people like me, who run their own business on their own. If the price for this service was around 3 dollars, then I would definitely give it a 10-star rating,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Chart gives me the opportunity to maintain my business organized. Everyday I need to talk to a number of clients, and keep track of what they want, changes to orders I already have, and so on, and I can do this within a few seconds thanks to my Lucid Chart software.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is extremely simple to understand and master. They offer users a plethora of templates and design options to get started. Additionally, each subsection has a wealth of information on how to properly navigate and utilize for maximum efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Lucidchart is plagued with the inability to customize specific line dimensions, forcing users to utilize longer, unnecessary arrows and taking longer routes then one would hope. This lack of control is frustrating when one wishes to keep a more modern and simplistic look.

Lucidchart allows us to offer a clean, simple design to express certain internal hierarchies to external team members

Best browser tool for visual communication
What do you like best about the product?
I can make diagrams on the fly or use their templates. It's great for software companies to diagram their work and flows

It consumes a lot of bandwith and since I use Chrome it slows my machine a bit

Visual communication of concepts. We work a lot on product flows and haven't IF scenarios is key to our day to day work. We get this done with Luchidchart

Online Diagrams made Right
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing interface is really easy to use, it is a web app, even so it runs smoothly in almost every browser i've tried. Their templates are really useful, I really like the drawing tools, key shortcuts and the ability to import external images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version is really limited, you almost can't taste the benefits of it. But on the other hand, premium is affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network diagraming, flow process documentation, engineering diagrams, uml etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a google docs user this is the way to go.
