Process Mapping Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I was not familiar with LucidChart before being asked to build a few process maps for my previous company. After playing around with the application for a bit, it was incredibly easy to jump in and get familiar! I love using LucidChart to map out decision trees, build out future state processes, create new process improvement maps, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would have been helpful had there been a quick "Welcome to LucidChart" tutorial or short guided walkthrough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many! LucidChart makes it easy to build out processes, decision mapping, etc. There are also built-in templates which were very helpful. For example, there is a Sales Org template that I used to build out a revamped sales process, which gave me a great foundation.
Good but need improvement

It has so many versatile features. Free for students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so user friendly. Powerpoint offers more than this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually draw program flow chart. Looping system looks good.

Lucidchart extremely intuitive and quick to learn

Can be hard to align (but that could also be me using my mouse)

Charting out customer journey / flow and having a clear visual of the path that a customer would take.

Take time to play around with it before you need to use it for a business need

It is easy and intuitive. Very user friendly, even for busy executives.

I have not found anything I dislike about Lucidchart yet. It is great!

Our executives needed a software to create process maps, and flow charts.
A Useful tool for more complicated diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I am a fan of how Lucidchart allows for more complicated diagramming than can easily be done in Microsoft products. The flowcharts are great for a variety of organizational needs, and the Google Drive integration makes it very easy to manage files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that so many features are locked under the free subscription. When the primary interface feels very "lite" and it seems like there is a lot we're missing, it just doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Lucidchart for visual project planning and organizational chart diagramming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the way that most individuals would use Lucidchart, the free version is most likely sufficient. For those wanting more complete control over the diagramming process, the paid version may be necessary.
Great All in One Project Planning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create easy to read flow charts and covert them into hyperlink format is almond, an amazing value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep, especially if using it as an add-on to GSuite or Office365.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I knew what we needed. To do in terms of making charts and graphs clickable but was not able to fins the software I needed to get this accomplished. LucidChart s that software.

Great for diagramming and graphics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the interface and its intuitiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about the program... it has great functionality and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use case diagrams, workflow diagrams, custom graphics. The benefits are that we don't have to outsource graphics to other companies -- we can do it ourselves.

This tool is great for creating custom graphics for all kinds of uses.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of being able to use Lucidchart. I never knew that making charts in one simple place could be so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked at first not knowing what I was doing. After watching a few short videos and just messing around with the software a little bit, I was able to figure out what I was doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving issues with creating graphs and charts. We were just simply using Google for this before, and now it is so much easier and much better looking.
Easy workflow diagramming and wireframes
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. You do not need to be an expert to use this software to make great looking documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like easier ways to print. Some of the user help isn't that helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After a reorg, we've centralized most departments and understanding and documenting what the best practices are has been a lifesaver

I haven't found a set of icons/images I like for representing system diagrams of servers and databases.

Excellent for diagramming solutions including flows and systems
