What do you like best about the product?
Flow diagrams provides a visual treat for software development cycles and methodologies

If the flow chart goes a big in size then scrolling and editing is bit clumsy(haven't used in the recent time)

Visual interpretation
Solid Product, Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart focused on a solid tool. Having used similar tools in their industry, many have too much going on and often get buggy. Lucid is always a solid load, easy to export, share etc. It's a well made product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more icon sets more for my industry, less IT-hardware specific. I'm often times visualizing how an ecommerce-related page would look, and a few modern website oriented icons would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and easily diagram something, often times for a pitch or proposal.
It's very easy to use and advanced when you need it
What do you like best about the product?
The freemium features enable me to produce a few graphs every now. I like the page formatting and sizing feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that I experienced some difficulty saving a file into Drive and opening it, but it isnt a showstopper.

Making quick visuals of UI flows and process diagrams

Solid web-based Visio alternative for Mac
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent shapes library & image import abilities for unavailable shapes, logos, etc.

Formatting issues w/ Visio import and export
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A solid alternative to Visio diagramming on a web-based tool. In the future, I would like to use Lucidchart across the team for better real-time collaboration on diagrams.
The adjustability of this tool enables lots of efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The quick templates to best fit most common needs make the bones quick to build off of.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could have more options when it comes to drawing, outside of the given shapes and lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When trying to make dynamic flow charts in a microsoft suite , it can get out of hand with adding separate shapes and lines. This makes it easy and scalable for multiple departments.
Great software for making flowcharts!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use software, great for making flowcharts. I love that you can copy a previous one that you made if you need to make a similar one and only tweak a few things. All the charts I have made look very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't adjust the size of shapes by changing a number (like in powerpoint), you need to drag it which can be annoying sometimes to get the exact length that you are looking for. Also when you export the files, the resolution isnt always great.

I am able to make many flowcharts that look great and are great for visualization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great software to consider if you need to make a lot of diagrams. They have great templates.
Lucidchart: Better than Vizio
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a free and easy to use flowchart creator, with even greater usability than draw.io
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart limits you to 50 elements, unlike Draw.io which allows you to have as many as you wish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has helped me create flowcharts with ease.

Definitely choose lucidchart over draw.io. Lucidcharts ease of use puts it head over heels over draw.io
Multi Use Modeling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Has standard templates as well as the ability to create custom templates. The UI templates make creating a simple mockup quick and easy. The flowchart templates are great for creating process flows. You can even create entity relationships as well for data modeling..
What do you dislike about the product?
We were hoping the ability to link data to a shape would allow us to have interactive wireframes. It appears this is only good for creating dynamic charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the tool to create simple wireframe mockups we can use to gather feedback. As must users are visual this helps us to quickly put a visual together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great alternative to other pricey modeling tools.
Lucid Charts great for collaboration but still not as robust as Visio
What do you like best about the product?
As a cloud platform it is very easy to share diagrams and allow collaboration. The user interface is reasonably intuitive and the pricing is reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using Visio for a long time there just is not enough in terms of formats available. Some of this could be a learning curve or a higher subscription but I have not found current future state formats amongst others. I also find Visio more intuitive, but the inability to easily share drove me to Lucid Charts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use flow charts to visualize integration scenarios on a regular basis with my clients. This said Visio is not a great option requiring a viewer that most clients won't have. The ability to simply share Lucid Diagrams with a client that they can view from a browser has improved communication and collaboration,

While lacking some of the features of visio, Lucid Charts does deliver on collaboration.
