What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has so many diagram templates that once I choose a templates I just input shapes, icons, connectors and other information particulars and there, I am done. It is an awesome web app that lets me make really nice diagrams quickly.

Excellent Collaboration & Visualization, But Can Lag with Complex Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables our team to move from ideation to structured diagrams within one unified space. The combination of free-form brainstorming (via the whiteboard tool) and structured diagramming helps our cross-functional team align on ideas much more effectively. In particular, the drag-and-drop interface, large template library and real-time collaboration features make quickly visualizing workflows, cloud architecture or process maps a lot simpler. I
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that when diagrams become very large or complex, performance can lag and navigating within the project gets a bit clunky. Also, while the feature set is impressive, there is a bit of a learning curve — new users can feel overwhelmed by the number of options and templates. For example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps our team streamline complex processes and visualize ideas more clearly. We use it to map out workflows, customer journeys, and technical diagrams that make communication between departments more efficient. It’s particularly helpful in remote collaboration, as multiple stakeholders can edit and comment in real-time. This has reduced miscommunication and saved time in project planning and documentation.
Eye-Opening Features, But Lucidchart vs Lucidspart Confusion
What do you like best about the product?
As an avid user of Lucidchart only, it was really eyeopening what other products I could use in my day-to-day. They also provided a lot of information into what kind of use cases these would be applied for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seemed to be a common misconception that Lucidchart and Lucidspart were different environments altogether, so being able to use different features depending on which we were using was unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Misalignment from stakeholders thinking they understand thing the same way when they don't.

Seamlessly Streamlines Workflows and Enhances Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite extremely useful for building workflows for my applications, as it allows me to drive end-to-end processes and see various use cases clearly, making it easy for people to refer to. The setup was fairly easy and user-friendly, even for non-technical users like my business team, who were able to use it without any hiccups. I love the visual representation it provides when working on projects like building AI engines, as it simplifies understanding complex flows that would otherwise take weeks to document in a word document. With Lucid, this task is accomplished in just a couple of hours. The collaboration features are another standout aspect, allowing us to add comments, feedback, and edits seamlessly with team members. Moreover, I appreciate the ready-made templates like UML, ERD, and network diagrams and the integrations for collaborations, which are very beneficial for QM developers and teams. Lastly, the security and governance features are impressive as well, making Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite a top recommendation for anyone looking to build workflows and enhance automation.

Great Interoperability, But Container Confusion Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Interoperability with other diagram tools is a strong point. I appreciate being able to import a Miro board simply by using the clipboard, even though some formatting was lost in the process. Overall, this feature is helpful for those transitioning from Miro or who need to work with both platforms. Importing Mermaid diagrams is also straightforward, which I find convenient. However, it would be much more efficient if there were an option to convert Mermaid diagrams into Lucid format, as this would give me greater flexibility to move and style objects as I wish.
I liked the introduction the newly added feature of AI. Exporting to different formats also is a sensible feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were several occasions when I found myself confused by the different containers—some have titles at the top, while others just contain text inside. It would also be fantastic if it were possible to import all the styling and images when copying from a Miro board.
