Perfect for online collaboration

  • December 16, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When you need to have several people from different countries on a virtual room, and on top of that they need to perform group dynamics, flexibility and ease of use is a must.
Probably those are the features that I enjoy the most working with LucidSpark as tool. This tool allows me to do most of the work at the same place and it's pretty simple to use, that also makes my use of time more efficiently having less need to explain or introduce the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the use of arrows could be easier and sometimes connection gets lost, but nothing that get the situation too complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Improvement initiatives.
Helps to work very visually and allows to get in the same room people from different countries

Great collaborative tool for real-time online brainstorming

  • December 16, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Instant brainstorming, even across remote teams! Really intuitive and easy to use. Can export boards to PDF. Comprehensive feature set, even in the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really...it is a great tool! It would be nice to be able to export items as text / to Excel. It would be nice to be able to have unlimited number of items per board in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative brainstorming, system & process diagramming, collaborative note-taking

Visual tool, ideal for virtual brainstormings

  • December 16, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, very visual, and gives the possibility to replicate a lot of things that you would do in a room with a whiteboard. So I found it ideal for remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't use the commenting feature in the free version. It's a pity as it limited its use a lot and unfortunately, it's unlikely we'll go for a premium version as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote brainstorming, 10-stone voting, prioritization, drawing flows...

Not enough to justify using a new tool

  • December 16, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Design, appearance. The colors are beautiful
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's solving a real "problem", nor does it add enough value to justify using yet another tool as part of the work process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, none. I didn't really find a good enough use case to implement it in my team

Good for quick visuals

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is as simple as Google Slides, with more fine point options.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could get my coworkers to use it more, that would help. But we are a google centric organization so people rarely use non-google options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
white boarding, communicating, diagramming.

Cloud Team Collaboration done right!

  • December 11, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of collaboration across teams with the ability to multiple things starting off from daily task tracking to Ideation and from Team Collaboration to Agile Planning
What do you dislike about the product?
Being heavily invested in the Microsoft world, there's no easy way for us to integrate Lucidspark with Teams and other apps. We still use it as an additional platform in conjunction with the existing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The coworking and coauthoring ability , ease of cross team collaboration for increased visibility and easily adding in process maps, decision tree flows or voting is very handy
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to start off by using the Individual Space and then move onto a paid team wise plan

Easy, interactive, feature rich platform

  • December 10, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is very feature-rich but extremely easy to use and find all the usual objects and functionality. I love the selection of templates if you don't know where to begin in an interactive brainstorming session. The collaboration functionality is especially well done and is very much like lucidchart in its collab aspect. It's extremely easy to create a board and use it as an effective online kanban board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the selectability of objects on lucidspark was similar to lucidchart so you could easily group certain areas and move the whole area. That wasn't working as well as I hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a mostly remote workforce, finding a collab brainstorming whiteboard that can be effective with workflows, process charts, etc is hard to find. Being able to take a process flow then move it to a whiteboard to break it down and assess it in a collab session has been highly valuable. The benefits are easy collaboration across the globe and easy portability between tools that make process design and planning more effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very well done collab whiteboard with feature-rich functionality and great support.

When it come to create architecture think Lucid

  • December 10, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am using the tool for almost two years and created many architectures
The tool supports very good editing support for documents that have shapes in many varieties and support many use cases.
Creating and editing a diagram is made very user-friendly and it is quite an intuitive experience.

Presentation mode is a very good function to present without exploring the documents, It is also great to view things page by page is an amazing functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
After connecting to Salesforce I was thinking to get the ER Diagram of Objects available in Salesforce ORG but it is not possible.
Also
It should allow the user to export to Word where we can edit the document to add more textual information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create architecture diagram and present is to the customer, internal stakeholders
