Excellent whiteboarding solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like its simplicity, its very easy to use and integrates great with lucidcharts and Zoom and for us this is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really, as all products that are in an early launch state it still has some things that needs to be polished but they are adding features consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us we are trying it out as a whiteboard solution to replace hardware/on-site whiteboarding solutions so it keeps people engaged.
It helps, it replaces multiple tools, it even makes interactive flows
What do you like best about the product?
From the very first steps I took, the first thing that enchanted me was the very User Interface, which is very comfortable in usage. At first, we only used Lucid in making diagrams. We made diagrams of data flows and later learned we can enhance their readability with buttons that highlight certain flows of data.
Then we tried to move other processes into Lucid apps. We moved our swim lane estimation sessions from Trello to Lucid and learned that we can achieve the same values with a smaller amount of tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I spent some time thinking about it, and nothing, absolutely nothing comes to my mind. Lucid allowed me to replace multiple tools with just one, which in the case of work made everything simpler, more maintainable, easier to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Lucidspark we managed to move our domain knowledge from static mind dump documents to diagrams, and it became true that one picture has the worth of a thousand words. Not only did we acquired a better grasp of the knowledge we have, but we also improved their readability even more. We do have complex systems, so data flows tend to be as complex.
Not only that. We also moved our brainstorming sessions to Lucid and learned that it's a perfect tool to visualize what we think about. It became much easier to convert all these into cohesive and consistent notes to be presented later. It allowed for better describing and explaining of frequently encountered problems.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't want to spend too much time on big blocks of text and instead move to diagrams and images that serve much better as explanations of complex systems and want productive brainstorming sessions, consider Lucidspark.
Making a flowchart, class diagram, or even gantt chart. Lucid spark is the best there is.

The policy of allowing 3 boards for free and the easy tool selection and template recommendation

After the 3 free boards, rest will be readonly.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI that lucid spark uses allows for me and the others that I have shown to create well structured and detailed diagrams, which makes it easy to bring others into using this software which I find myself doing fairly often more recently than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the bundles could do with a little more storage, such as the 1GB of online cloud storage, this simply I believe that this should be doubled at the minimum, I would make user's lives that little bit easier once they reach the 1GB mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly the cloud storage that allows the users to work from home or an office computer, even on the go when using public transport using lucid sparks mobile version has been a saviour. where i have found myself missing important documents when people have misplaced flash drives. or when plans change suddenly and you end up somewhere that does not have the required software for you to show others and higher-ups the work you have been doing. lucid sparks have always been reliable in that sense.

really like this tool, its very easy to use. It has the templates required. There should be a dev version and trial period can be longer

Lucidspark is Architecturally Great
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to quickly create architectural diagrams with Lucidspark, revise them, and collaborate with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are a little tedious, like lining things up into grids and circles of consistency.

We are using it to create our product and services architecture diagrams. The benefit is to allow all to have input and to update quickly as we learn more.

I enjoyed it as it's really user-friendly and the solid templates. What I like most about Lucidspark is the greater team collaboration it provides and I would recommend it to anyone who is seeking a way to organize and display their thoughts, plots, or plans."
This software is amazing for aggregating information and ideas and cataloging them in a meaningful way. I love how you can connect similar ideas and information to see connections and relationships.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had the opportunity to really push its functionality enough to comment on this area yet. Not quite as advanced, missing some facilitation features which will give more exploration and usability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cost per month was low enough for me to try it for what I needed and there was a free trial period. It looked easy enough to use and seemed to be designed for creating flowcharts and the like.
It was a great experience, while creating UCD using Lucidspark platform. Overall it is a great one.

The most helpful thing about lucidspark is that it provides variety of tools, which are very essinsitial. In addition, it enhances the user experience. Moreover, I like how it allows other group members to join the lucidspark. In addiiton, it allows them all to work on same diagram from sitting at different locations. In my opinion, it is a very good platform and i would recommend it to my other freind and collegues, so they can work effectively on thier upcoming projects in future. Overall, it is a great platform to be used. I very much liked how it allows the user to add multiple users to a single project and allow them to work conjuctionally. In addiiotion, i also liked how lucodpark allows the user to use variety of tools.

In my opinion, overall it is a great platform to be used. However, with pros, their are always the cons. Therefore, this platform has some downside as well. However, i would say that these are not any major issues, as they could be worked out easily. I would say the structure of the platform was bit distrubed. This is the only thing i didn't like. Overall it is a great one to be used. The one listed above can be very easily fixed. In my opinion the designers should come up with an enhanced structre, like a welcoming one for their customers. In addiiton, they could add tutorials, like where each of the tools is loctaed. This would be very helpful for the new users joining the platform. In the end i would like to outline that it is a great platform and please join it and get your best experience for developing new skills. Thanks again. I dislikes how the structe is bit messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have have seen variety of problem creating my UCD in Microsoft Visio, Cretively. I did use thgese platforms as well but lucidpark was way better than these platforms. As it provides multifunction tools, which are way better than others. Moreover, I would like to add much more stuff to it. There are more benifits of lucidpark, as it allows the multiuser system, which is the onemost benifit of usingit that you can literally do anything. It allows me to solve many problems

I would recommend lucidspark to my very other freind and ask them to join it, as it is a very useful platform and ask them to enhance their experience.
